Do not give your business to Steve at Acorn Plumbing in St Charles, MO. A claim was started through our home warranty protection plan 9/5/18. We paid him the service fee to diagnose the problem which he did. Since then, he has refused to contact us or answer our call requests. He just dropped the ball on the matter. Nice enough guy until after he gets your money. Very unprofessional!

Thanks Acorn plumbing for saving my ass twice in one week!!!! First a pipe burst at one of my rental properties with no inside water shut off available. Steven stopped what he was doing to run to my rental, turn the water off from the exterior, capped it, and came back to fix the problem when it was convenient for my tenants. Today the same thing happened at my house. Steven was 10 minutes away at a dealership helping his son buy a car. He stopped in the middle of the transaction and was at my house in 5 minutes to stop the leak and cap it so we could have running water till he could come back and fix the problem!!! What a life saver!!!! Thanks so much Steven. We honestly cannot thank you enough for your quick response when we are in an emergency!!!!

BEWARE!!! This company's business practices are alarming, and not worth the aggravation and money I had recently scheduled an appointment for service on my toilet. . .I needed a fill valve and flush valve installed, but only the fill valve had been installed. The plumber (owner) mentioned that my shut off water valve needed to be replace, but never replace it. So, I paid $89 for only a third of the service I received. Late, that night the old shut off water valve caused water to gush out breaking the cap off the new fill valve that was replaced earlier that evening, and water gushed out from the valve itself onto the floor. I immediately called the company, to get help resolving the issue. . . instead I got an angry owner who took no accountability for his work and then hanged up on me. Doesn't sound "" reliable "" to me!!! It must be nice making $89 in 15 minutes.
