I hired Steven of Acorn Plumbing last October to fix 2 faucet drips and a toilet flapper. I paid him by $308.00 by check. I gave me a 90 day warranty to cover his work. The toilet worked fine. The 2 faucets continued to drip, even more than his so-called repairs. I called him a couple of days later about the continued drips. In fact, I called many times over the next month; never got an answer. I left many messages; never got a response. I was so frustrated and angry with his refusal to live up to his warranty, and to totally ignore my calls. After the fact, I read some of the reviews about his work-BAD! I finally got a real and honest plumber to successfully fix my drips. I hope that airing my complaint will help someone in the future who will need an honest plumber.

Acorn Plumbing has the best customer service out there. We were quoted over double by a local competitor before going with Acorn Plumbing. They price their services fair and more than reasonable. They made a stressful experience a lot more tolerable. I would recommend them to anyone.
