Hands down the best around. Honest hardworking guys. Called them and they came out the same day and what I thought would be a quick fix turned out to be much more. (thought it was just a basic clogged drain and turns out there was ungodly amount of roots in my lines.) were able to snake and camera to discover the problem. They kept me well informed and explained the issue and got the roots out. Best call i could have made. Highly recommend. Honest hardworking and fair prices unlike the other companies i called perviously and had come out,the problem was never fixed and cost a fortune. So call them you will be glad you did!

This was a mess! Broken sewer pipe in basement. Jack hammered concrete floor, fixed pipe, that night acme called, forgot to put valve in pipe, tore up floor again, cement dust everywhere. Air conditioner water going over drain, floods floor. I tryed to put an extension on into drain, but drain cover cemented to floor. Several calls to get them to return, the man i talked to was rude and nasty. ""Call a floor guy he says, they don't do floors"" bottom line, a$4000 job and i had to pay them a service call to remove drain cover? Seems to be they care more about their monies, not the job they do. Be very cautious!

I would never use this company again. They snaked a line to fix a clog. They were here about 1hour to an hour 1/2 and charged me $650. Highway Robbery! They did not even clean up after themselves and left buckets of water for me to clean up. Terrible service and taking advantage of people

I had a simple plumbing issue, and I knew what needed to be done...add a vent to the drainpipe of our washer. They came...agreed on the problem and solution, left for 30 minutes to get a few dollars' worth of material then another 20 minutes to install. Finished! Then gave me a bill for $650!!!
Allowing for an hour round trip travel time (only 40 minutes according to MapQuest), that amounts to roughly $300/hour!!! My attorney doesn't charge that much!
When I contacted the owner, he got abusive and told me they sometimes do work and just because they fail to solve the problem, people refuse to pay them. Then insulted my intelligence by claiming they had two hours of travel time...again, I put their address and mine into MapQuest and got 20 minutes!
My advice...if you intend to use these people, get an understanding of their charges first.

Acme Sewer Cleaning is as good as it gets. called these guys on Tuesday evening around 7pm and explained how i just go the water running in my new house that day and noticed the cleanout pipe in the backyard had water coming out of it right into the grass. Ron said it sounds like a clogged main line between the house and septic tank and said they would come out the next day to snake the line clean. Not only did they show up on time, they were friendly, professional, and worked quick to get the clog out. The best part was they spent the extra time to help me locate my septic tank and even dug out the ground and removed the access cover to the septic tank to inspect it. If it wasn't for Acme I would have been stressing out over the issue still. In short, they went over and above to help me out. They are now saved in my cell and i will recommend them to anyone i know. Thank you for the great service Acme!!

The absolute best. They cleaned my sewer for over 21 years. I have it done twice a year without fail. They are very reliable. Wouldn't trade them for anyone else!!!!
