Was in a bind with sewage coming up our shower at 1am. Called them as a referral from Parkeys. Explained my situation. Gentleman who answered phone advised the soonest they could get someone out was 6am. Advised that would be fine. He asked that i call back if I were able to find someone else before then or they would just be there at 6am. I agreed. I tried calling back after that and all i got was a ""busy signal"". No one ever showed up or called at 6am. Finally, their answering machine kicked in after 6am and I kept calling until I reached someone. They said somebody was hospitalized and couldn't make it. I can understand but at same time, there has to be more than one employee. Someone could have called me, at some point, to advise they had no one to send.

If I could give this guy a ZERO I would. He was supposed to do repairs to the septic fields in our park and bring the tanks up to code. He didn't have any of the utility lines marked and ran over them repeatedly. I guess that FREE call to 811 was an inconvenience. He destroyed my yard and drove way to close to my home running over my phone, propane and electric lines with heavy equipment over and over. The septic field is bad (I have video of it running back into the tank from the field) and he INSISTS we're just using too much water. To the tune of 15,000 gallons a day. Even if I was home all day I couldn't do that. The prior property owner did ZERO maintenance for more than 15 years. This guy doesn't want to replace it. He dug it up, broke pipes, halfway cleared some and said ""they're just extra"". No. Then he just jury rigged the old pipe and buried it. Can't see it, it must be good right? He bid a contract and is not fixing anything properly. Shows up when he feels like it. All this work should have been done weeks ago. He likes to bully women too. As soon as a man walks up he backs off. He turned off my water without telling me and drove off. This jerk is the most unprofessional ""contractor"" I have ever seen. DO NOT USE HIM!

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Where do I even start? We purchased our house in July 2015. El Paso County requires a sewer inspection prior to the sale of a home. During the inspection this company broke the concrete on the sidewalk when they drove over it. They wrote on the receipt that they would repair that portion of the sidewalk. We had a very quick closing and the previous owners weren't able to get it repaired prior to closing so we then took over the attempts to get it repaired.

We called roughly 15 times before we actually got to talk to the owner. Either they did not answer, did not return the call or the receptionist refused to help and would tell us she could only take a message to which we didn't get a call back. The interesting thing is that her name was Linda and according to property records Dennis and Linda own a house together which means she's his partner and not his receptionist and pretended to be to avoid answering our questions. Only when we threatened legal action did we finally get a call from Dennis. He told us that they were waiting on a part from China for a piece of equipment he needed to fix the concrete and they would take care of it. That was months ago. We've started calling again and have not successfully spoken with anyone because nobody has answered the phone. My daughter graduates next month and we have to have the sidewalk repaired for the party because it's a tripping hazard. We're paying out of pocket to have the sidewalk repaired and are preparing the small claims action to sue this organization. Don't expect this company to stand by anything they say.
