We have had Mike do repairs at least 3 times and have always been very satisfied. Twice we were without water and he went out of his way to come the same day.
We have a deep well that needed a pump replacement. He worked in freezing temperatures with awful wind & a whiteout to get our water restored as soon as possible. He's a great guy with a good work ethic. There's many people in our neighborhood that depend on him. I highly recommend him!!

We had a water leak between the main water line and the house.
I called Mike at Acme Plumbing and he came to my house the next day and gave me a quote. He felt he could pull a new copper line from under the house through the yard to the shut off valve at the street, using the existing line to pull the new line. A day later he arrived with a small backhoe w/operator at 8:00 am. By 3:00 pm that day my water was restored with a new leak free line. Mike came back the next day to complete the project by patching a small concrete area in the house
where the old line entered the house. Mike's work was excellent and
he was less expensive than the larger plumbing firms that I had bid this project. I will use Acme Plumbing again, should I need them in the future.

Called Mike to check a no water problem. Supposed to have 24 hour service. I called Saturday morning. Monday afternoon still no return call. Mean time my renter had no water since Thursday. I relayed this in my voice mail. I finally called again and he answered about 2 :00 Monday. Said he had nothing Tuesday morning. Would be here about 9:30. I went to property and waited. At 9:50 he had not showed. I called . He answered and said he got tied up and would be leaving shortly . I waited until 11:00 and still no show. I tried his home number. Then texted his cell Both around noon to see if he still intended coming and when. I never got a reply . And as of now still have gotten none .Fortunately I was able to get another service to come the same day . THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!! If he did not want to come just say he was not instead of leaving me hanging when I could have got some one else on Monday. I think he very was inconsiderate and unprofessional.
