Also, the plumber they sent to do the job was fired after his 3 mistakes then the owner stepped in and blamed his plumber's mistakes on us leaving us with an unfinished bathroom and over $500 in replacement parts and hiring an additional plumber to complete the job he simply stated saying """"do what you have to do."""" Stay away from this company.

He spent 4 hours trying to fix it and when it did not work he blamed the problem on the gas line $400.00. He left in a huff without a word. When I called him to discuss the problem he wanted to charge me to """"diagnose"""" and fix the gas problem. After two weeks without hot water and numerous calls to him and the water heater manufacturer, I purchased a new unit and installed it myself in an hour with my son's help. it works great. He was rude and unprofessional, He also called my wife and I liars. Unprofessional rude and irrational, I would never use again.
