Well, I wish I could rate his service. Unfortunately, I only have his cruddy attitude to go off of. He flat out told me he didn't have time (and wasn't exactly polite about it.) Generally a normal functioning business would tell you when they DO have time and leave it up to the customer to decide if they want to wait. Don't write me off because you don't have time right that second. Bad move. Won't be calling again.
