EXPENSIVE-After showing up over an hour late with no call-ahead, he just tighten a nut. The technician was competent and polite, but the charge seemed excessive. Unable to take a credit card, I had to provide a check. He also could not provide a receipt.

Not reliable: Robert who I assume is the owner came out to address an issue in our new home. I was told by the builder that Acme did the plumbing on the build. He checked a few things and felt it was a bad mixing valve but could not determine where the valve was located. Having little to no hot water my wife and I went back to our main home in Texas but left a key with him. He had prior commitments and would not be able to return till the following week. I came back out to meet with him but he has disappeared into thin air, will not return my calls or the builders calls. The bad part is he has a key to my home now. I suspect he knows there is a much larger problem with the plumbing and is simply trying to avoid it.

Our experience with Acme has always been totally acceptable. The lady I spoke with at the office to arrange a visit was perfectly pleasant and gave me a non emergency appointment for 2 days later. The plumber arrived exactly on time. Repaired a toilet and a faucet in the kitchen with replacement parts in a very short period of time with a reasonable charge. No issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Acme.

Impressive Customer Service! Today is a Friday and our entire Klean Wash Laundry Service had to be shut down for a plumbing issue the Gas company discovered. We thought; no problem, we'll just call a Plumber. We called the Plumber we normally use and they couldn't come, then we called every Plumber in the book and the soonest anyone could be out here would be Monday! Which would keep our business shut down the rest of Friday and the entire weekend. Acme Plumbing came to our rescue. We can't say enough about Acme Plumbing and it will be the only Plumber we will recommend or use!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and requested service. The plumber advised that I replace two valves in addition to the one I called about, and I took that advice. Two days later I checked under the kitchen sink and there was a leak from one of the valves that the plumber recommended be replaced. I called Acme about this and the same plumber came to do the repair. Later that day there was, again, a leak from the same area under the kitchen sink. I was told that it would be over 3 hours before the same individual who came out the first two times would be able to come out again. When I told the office manager that I wanted another person to do the work I was told that would void the warrantee and I would be charged for both the visit/labor and parts to (try) and repair the problem.

The plumbers at ACME are prompt, professional, courteous, and sincere. I would recommend ACME to anyone. Keep up the wonderful work!

Avoid at all costs. The plumber that came out was great - very professional and identified the issue. However, from there the customer service crashes and burns. After sitting on paperwork destined for our Home Warranty for 3 days while we had absolutely NO ability to use anything related to our plumbing in the house, they finally moved forward with the paperwork after several calls. Claim was denied on a Thursday evening. Ok fine - it will just come out of our pocket. Called Acme on Friday morning - going in to a 3 day weekend - and was told """"we can't get to you until Tuesday"""". When I stated that we really did not want to spend a 3 day weekend with no toilets, showers, sinks, etc. the response was """"Then call another plumber."""" Unbelievable.

This company was a referral from my home warranty company and although they worked hard to make a repair to my gas leak they left my garage a complete mess. I had to clean up all of the mess that they left from the 3 to 4 holes that they put in my garage ceiling. I called my home warranty company to inquire about the repair of the holes and they contacted ACME and the response was that they had documented that no holes were made at the time of the attempted repair. This of course was a flat out lie. So they said they were not going to repair the holes they had left. I signed the receipt so I had no leg to stand on. I just wanted to let anyone who is considering this company to be aware of how they got of performing the repairs on my home. Even though my home warranty company used them I will not use their services again.

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I scheduled an installation of a shower head, valve and faucet for my tub/shower. I was told my window was from 8-10am. At 10:15 I call, and am told that my new window was from 9-11am. Technician shows up at 11:06. He goes into the bathroom, I ask him if he needs anything else and he says no, so I run to go grab lunch for my kids. At 11:45 I get a call saying he does not have time to do the work and he is leaving and I can reschedule for Monday. I call their office, they try and place the blame on me for telling them only a faucet. (Only problem is that a contractor that I work with had called them only minutes earlier telling them what needed to be done as well). You do not know what type of service you will get from this company as they are not reliable. Also, when I went to see what work he did, there was water sprayed over the entire bathroom and not cleaned up. If I could give zero stars I would.
