HORRIBLE!! I was assigned this vendor by my home warranty insurance for a pipe leak on 2/14/22. Three days later, the water company called to inform me of sudden water increase and asked could they shut off my water. As of today, I still do not have water because ACME refused to return to my house and the insurance company doesn't have other vendors. I left a VM on Ken's phone with no return call. Run from this company!!

WASTE OF TIME. Ken the owner doesn't answer the phone or return calls. When I finally got a hold of him 12 hours after requesting service he said ""I need to have some kind of a life too you know"".

Unreal level of customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY

They never showed up for our appointment. They did not return phone calls or text messages, very unreliable. I wasted two days waiting for them. Extremely inconsiderate.

This company is a complete disaster. The contractor I was assigned, Wes, would tell me he'd show up on a specific day and then never did. The one day he did finally show up he didn't complete the work and then I had to repeat the process of trying to get him to commit to a time. I had to escalate it with my home warranty company so that he would actually come fix the problem for real. Total nightmare. Avoid.

Horrible company that caused a ton of damage, didn't complete the simple repair, and refuse to reimburse us for the cost of damages. BEWARE! DO NOT hire this company. The owner is a liar and his employees are inept.

Garbage disposal leaking like a sieve. Contacted Old Republic Home Warranty Co. (Been with them 25 yrs.). They referred our problem to ACME PLUMBING in Chino, Az.
They replaced our unit with a sub contractor grade that sounded like a machine gun and vibrated dishes off the sink! ACME'S response "" It is the same 3/4 horse power unit""! Can't/Won't do any thing about it unless we pay for an upgrade (for the same unit as they removed) +$240.00 more! Interesting that you can buy the same unit for $140.00 at Home Depot!!!

Yes, DON'T DEAL with ACME PLUMBING! Yes, we are also DROPPING OLD REPUBLIC HOME WARRANTY !!

Avoid this company. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix an issue. they called and said they would be out Monday. Monday comes and they don't show up. I call and all I get is the voice mail. I tried calling all day and they never returned the call or ever answered the phone. I called the home warranty and they tried to get ahold of them and all they get is voice mails. still to this day, no one has called back.
I just got a different plumber and they took care of it. Don't use this company!

The worst I have ever dealt with. I had a leak behind the dishwasher, he repaired it and pushed the dish washer back in it's place. After the repair I kept getting critters in the kitchen so I pulled the dish washer out and I had a gapping hole in the wall! The plumber did not replace the drywall after getting to the pipes! He did not even cut the drywall it looks like he just pulled at the drywall with massive jagged edges. He did not clean up after himself, it was disgusting back there.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! No respect for others and their homes!

Don't waste your time like I did with this company.
Owner came out to give me a estimate on several items identified in an inspection report made during the sale of my home.
That was on a Friday. Stated they would be back Monday to make the repairs.
Monday - no show, no call. I called and left a message.
Tuesday - no call. I called again and left a message,
Wednesday - I called again and actually got the owner. ""been busy etc etc"". OK are you coming or not? ""Will be there following Monday"".
Monday - no show no call. Tried to reach them again, but did not leave a message as I am done with these jokers.
Called another plumber and had everything done in 2 days.

I have used Acme Plumbing twice recently, once for a faulty garbage disposal and once for a clogged toilet. Each time Wes went above and beyond the expected service. He came within the same day of the call, made the needed repairs, and answered other plumbing questions for me. I highly recommend Acme Plumbing for Sedona and the surrounding area.
