Avoid this company. They were assigned by my home warranty company to fix an issue. they called and said they would be out Monday. Monday comes and they don't show up. I call and all I get is the voice mail. I tried calling all day and they never returned the call or ever answered the phone. I called the home warranty and they tried to get ahold of them and all they get is voice mails. still to this day, no one has called back.
I just got a different plumber and they took care of it. Don't use this company!

The worst I have ever dealt with. I had a leak behind the dishwasher, he repaired it and pushed the dish washer back in it's place. After the repair I kept getting critters in the kitchen so I pulled the dish washer out and I had a gapping hole in the wall! The plumber did not replace the drywall after getting to the pipes! He did not even cut the drywall it looks like he just pulled at the drywall with massive jagged edges. He did not clean up after himself, it was disgusting back there.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! No respect for others and their homes!

Don't waste your time like I did with this company.
Owner came out to give me a estimate on several items identified in an inspection report made during the sale of my home.
That was on a Friday. Stated they would be back Monday to make the repairs.
Monday - no show, no call. I called and left a message.
Tuesday - no call. I called again and left a message,
Wednesday - I called again and actually got the owner. ""been busy etc etc"". OK are you coming or not? ""Will be there following Monday"".
Monday - no show no call. Tried to reach them again, but did not leave a message as I am done with these jokers.
Called another plumber and had everything done in 2 days.

I have used Acme Plumbing twice recently, once for a faulty garbage disposal and once for a clogged toilet. Each time Wes went above and beyond the expected service. Acme is the service sent by Home Warranty of America. We called because our garbage disposal was leaking.

HWA dispatched Acme Plumbing. Ben came out the following day and replaced the garbage disposal on the spot.

The call took less than 30 minutes.

Fantastic service! We needed a shower cartridge installed to repair a leak. Ben came out and determined the correct part which was needed. I have found acme plumbing to do excellent work, that he was friendly and was there when he said he would. He works quickly and his prices were fair. He explained the problem to me and I will use him in the future if I need a plumber.
