Our property had a water leak somewhere beneath the slab. We called Acme and Mike detected the leak was beneath a bedroom which was located between the water heater in the garage and a bathroom. We attempted to go through the slab for the repair, but we soon discovered the slabs thickness in this spot was more than 12 inches thick. This is due to a huge footing that is visible from inside the garage, which the garage is at a lower level. So, we opted to reroute the copper water lines through the attic. Mike was easy to work with and we felt the price was reasonable and fair. We were pleased with his work and would hire him again.

My water heater had a leaky pipe that was messing up my wall so I called Acme. Mike answered the phone personally and said he could come ""this afternoon"" after he finished a job he was on, if that worked for me. He arrived early, and it was obvious he really cared about doing the job right because it concerned him that the pipes in my complex were plastic and not very durable. He went back to his truck 3 times to find the perfect piece to fit over the joint where the pipe was leaking so it would be a solid fix and not merely slapping a bandage over a mortal wound. After he replaced the part, he said it would take a couple hours to dry, so he came back later to check on it and turn my water back on. His fee was very reasonable and worth every cent. I highly recommend him if you have a leak that needs fixing.

I work at a convenient in bullhead City. 2 weeks ago, our plumbing backed up in one of our restrooms, water had come up through the floor. It was Sunday early afternoon I called every plumber in the book! no one would answer and if they did, they could only make an appointment for a later day. for some reason I checked the listings one more time and ended up finding Acme plumbing a guy named Mike answered the phone, I explained our emergency and it was a big deal! because water could have and would have flooded our whole store!!!!! incredibly Mike said he could stop by and check it out. AWESOME Mike did show up! and he did check it out and he was able to locate the problem within 15 minutes!!! he was at our store about an hour and was able to repair the problem. He really did save the day!!! we have a new plumber!!!! Mike you are a TRUE Superhero!!!!!!!!!!!

Our water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. We contacted home warranty who sent a plumber to our home in Bullhead City. The technician said he couldn't fix it!
We contacted Mike with Acme Plumbing who was able to service and replace our water heater the same day. Great service and we will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues.

We were told by our water softener company our pressure regulator needed replacement asap. I called 2 other companies first, one of which never called me back after leaving a message and the other was going to charge me just to come out and couldn't even tell me how much the repair may cost. I called Mike @ Acme in the afternoon who promptly answered my call, quoted a reasonable fee to replace if needed and said he would swing by in the morning to check. He was there before 9am and found absolutely nothing wrong with it saving us hundreds of dollars. He didn't even charge us to come by and check! I couldn't be happier at the level of service he provided and have added him to my contacts for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
