I had a sewer line that started backing up. I had serveral calls with other rooter companies but I felt they were over charging. Yes I was correct. Chris came out and ran a camera at 1/3 the price of the other companies. He located the issue and gave me a quote. He came out the next day and replaced a 5 foot section of line that had old and new piping. Plus removed a bush that was feeding off of the sewer line. Chris Rooter Rocks!!! Call him first, you will be glade you did. Plus he is very reasonalbe and will not take advantage of you... His equipment if top notch, and his business ethic is even better.

My Mom has been using Ray Lacey at Acme Drain for years with her very complicated, Old Fig plumbing nightmares. After calling around for a plumber with some other recommendations first, I called Ray on a Tuesday morning at 7:30am before Thanksgiving.

Everyone else was ""too busy"" to work with me and my schedule, but Ray God Bless Him! sent out Rodney right at 5pm the same day when I could get home to fix my brand new but backed up toilet.

Thank you Ray, Rodney & Acme Drain! Your service will be the only one I will call in future.

Chris came out today and seems to have done a good job at a decent price.

His interpersonal skills, however, were unprofessional, to say the least. Chris had provided a free estimate, which we were very grateful for, but he did not put the estimate into writing.

Given that this job cost several thousand dollars, we asked that he write out the terms of the agreement, as accountability on both sides. Chris instead spent about twenty minutes complaining to my mom that in his thirty years of business, no one has ever made such a request of him. He also kept referring to our business arrangement as him ""helping us out,"" which we felt was very odd, because this is a transaction, not a favor between friends.

It was also very odd that Chris threatened to leave without completing the job, because he felt so offended by our request for a written contract. Ultimately, he wrote the terms on a receipt and completed the job.

I called Chris based upon Yelp reviews. I've had terrible issues with landscape drainage for several years. I called on a Sunday and he came out to take a look at the problem that afternoon. A few days later I decided to use a very reputable plumbing company that had successfully resolved other plumbing issues for me. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the problem. I scheduled Chris to come out the following day. He showed up with his top of the line equipment and totally solved the drainage issues in less than two hours. Chris is very good at what he does. I'm convinced that he saved me several thousand dollars by me not having to rip out a patio and driveway to replace the drainage system. I highly recommend him.

I called Chris in afternoon on a Saturday. He was able to come out right away. I had roots in my pipe and septic. He explained everything and showed me everything on the camera live so that I understood what we were dealing with. He was able to take care of the problem. He spent the time and went above and beyond what we originally talked about to help me fix my problem. He stayed after dark and it was his wife's birthday to boot. He did not try to upsell me on anything and believe me that happens a lot.

I highly recommend Chis as he is Knowledgeable, Honest, Dependable and a very nice and kind person.
