ACME was going to install 2 toilets via Lowes installation. They were difficult to get information to me, slow to schedule the install, and now a few days out from the install I get an email saying ""We don't do business with Lowes anymore since they are unethical."" Well that's all well and good, but you were going to install my toilets for over a month now and... at the last minute, I get, ""Sorry, we won't do the work because installing toilets is unethical."" Eee gads, what a terrible company and customer-hostile practice. They certainly earned this 1-star review.

Great experience working with ACME to get a certificate for the City for backflow. Hadn't known that was something to do since we had just moved. Would highly recommend!

If anyone is having plumbing issues and in need of a reliable plumber, I would like to recommend Mark Delzer with Acme Bay Area Backflow Company.
It is hard to find someone that will be honest, fair, and reliable, but more importantly will explain the plumbing issue to you by using other means of resources or examples to give you a clearer knowledge of just what is happening with your situation.
I would recommend contacting Mr. Delzer when in need of a plumber as he is prompt, thorough, and highly knowledgeable of his trade.
