Matt was our technician today. He replaced an old leaking kitchen faucet and hoses that were heavily encrusted with lime. Literally cut away sections which were impossible to remove.
Fair price, excellent work and cleanup.

I reached out to Ackerman Plumbing via email on a Sunday afternoon. I received a response first thing on Monday morning from Kim, the Office Manager. In her email response pricing for the service call only was disclosed right away. The email response was also transparent about the fact that they inform us (the client) of any repairs, services prices before conducting the work itself. All good.

We made an appointment for later in that same week, as one of our toilets was making a hissing sound. In the meantime we turned off the water to the toilet in case there was a leak happening.

The plumber (my husband can't remember his name) arrived around 8:15am and couldn't find anything wrong with the toilet. Go figure! He said that sometimes after the water has been turned off for a period of time the problem corrects itself. He gave my husband pointers if the problem presents itself again. Despite there not being a problem we did have to pay the $59 service call fee, which was totally fine with us.

We'll definitely give Ackerman a call again when we need their services.

Responsive, friendly customer service from first call to the end of the visit, transparent and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I chose Ackerman Plumping because of the 24/7 service! As busy as they were, they came quickly on Wednesday to at least install a shut-off valve on the water heater cold water line so I could turn the main water valve back on! Then came back Friday to change out the water heater! They did a great, quick job and I am very satisfied with the work the did!
