I was assigned Acker Plumbing through my home warranty company for a plumbing issue, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all things considered. Mr Acker's personally came out to my home twice, approx 65 miles from their office in Leander, to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend for anyone with HVAC or plumbing issues in the future!

Landmark Home warrant referred them to me for an issue with a water heater. The technician inspected my water heater and told me I would need to pay $600 out of pocket to bring the water heater to code on top of what Landmark was going to pay them. I live outside city limits and told him so. He told me it was state code. I opted to have him tell landmark the cost and have them pay me. He wrote up that the replacement and an hour of labor would cost $284. They charged me $60 for the visit. Any 40 gallon electric water heater costs far more than $284.
