He went well above and beyond and kept us informed before any work was performed. I won't ever call another plumber for our needs. Highly recommended!

The other week I had a clogged toilet so I looked on Yelp and I found Ace's Rooter. Mike came out the same day within a few hrs of my call. He was very nice and helped me out with no problem. When I called Mike I was expecting to get a ""by the end of the day"" response, but we were pleasantly surprised when he was on our doorstep within a half hour. His work was great and he was very informative on what we can do ourselves to make sure our new house is less likely to run into any problems. Edit: Had to call him sooner than expected because we had some roots through our sewer line and once again he went above and beyond with his service and professionalism. So grateful for Mike and his team.
