Rarely write reviews, but absolutely had to for Ace's Rooter & Plumbing. Mike was professional and got the job done right away. From the initial call, gave me options for my possible sewer problem and were able to schedule a same day appointment. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection of my home inside (toilets/sinks/baths/showers) and outside (main sewer line location). It was determined the issue was a simple shower clog instead of a sewer line clog, which was a less costly fix. This honesty combined with excellent service is what compelled me to write this post praising Mike. Thank you for your help on getting this fixed. Spreading the word on the great work you did to all my contacts.

I'm a repeat customer and will always be if I need a plumber. Last year, Mike Zison of Ace's Rooter unplugged a stopped up disposal in the kitchen sink. This time, a more critical emergency occurred: a toilet overflowed and covered the bathroom floor with water. After working for over half an hour, I was able to prevent water from spilling over onto the floor but was unable to stop the leak. I called Mike Zison at Ace's Rooter, and he arrived within an hour. Once again, Mr. Zison was able stop the leak completely. Once more, I say: if anyone in this area ever has a plumbing problem, they need to call Ace's Rooter. I recommend them unequivocally.

I don't do much yelp reviews but Mike from Ace's Rooter was such a great help that I HAVE to give him a review here!

The initial problem: Our shower water was backed up and the shower had turn into a small pond.....

The nearby plumbing company weren't able to solve our problem. They tried with a snake and a hydro-jet but nothing works... We were told the ONLY solution would be changing the pipe underneath. So like most people, not knowing anything, we agreed to it.
LUCKILY, we spoke to Mike from Ace's Rooter before the other company come to change out our pipe underneath the bathroom. Not only did Mike drove all the way from El Monte area to OC, he was able to solve our shower problem with just a snake(snaking). After he clear our shower drainage issue, he also helped us fixed a couple small issues around the house in the same day! Mike saw out our corroded pipe (a part of it is shown in one of the picture) and replaced it with the different pipe(see picture). He also solved our garbage disposal issue and our faucet by replacing them.

SO, not only did Mike helped us solve the shower drainage issue, he was nice enough to stay around to help us fix some of the mentioned issues around the house.
THANKS TO MIKE, we don't have a pond in our shower anymore!
