I highly recommend this business. Mike, who I understand is the owner, is really very efficient, showed up in less than 10 min. after I called him. Took a quick look at the pipe, and told me that the issue should be the management's responsibility. I told him that they argued and showed me that commercial lease everything the tenant has to take care of the bill. Mike went the extra mile for us, grabbed the phone called the management, and explained to them professionally why after he had assessed the problem of the leaking pipe, should be their responsibility to get it fixed. In less than an hour, the management sent their guy and fixed the pipe that was leaking for almost a month. Only experts in their field like Mike knows what and how things work and no other people with zero experience can dispute.

The difference with Mike is that he is not only honest, but he also has a golden heart to extend extra help and relieve me from the frustration and worries of paying for a costly plumbing fix. Really grateful for what he has done for me, my family, and my business.

A Moen shower handle cartridge needed to be replaced because the water on the tub spigot kept leaking out. I sent a video of the issue and got a call from Mike. He tells me he doesn't want to even touch it for fear of damaging it. He gives me a ridiculous price for replacing it but then says he can't do the work because he doesn't work with these models. Seriously? He adds that I can probably have someone else fix it instead of replacing it for around $300.

I called someone else and they charged me $320 (labor $200 + new handle, faceplate and cartridge $120) to replace the handle with a new unit.
