I bought a place with a dated bathroom in Shipyard. Usually come 1x or 2x a month. When we arrived this time, I heard water trickling. Something you just know isn't right. Went to the local community to find a reputable plumber, and Aces came up and is also Vereran owned so I gave them a shot. My inquiry via their website was responded to within thirty minutes on a Saturday! I was not expecting that. After some back and forth we decided this was not an emergency and they would meet up Monday with us to take a deeper look. Problem was a simple valve stem grommet/gasket. Randy came over, was super nice, and got the job done to our satisfaction. In fact, I decided to let them quote me on a refurbish/remodel which I look forward to later in the week. All in all everyone was pleasant, professional, and completed the work to our satisfaction. What's not to give anything less than 5 stars for all that. I found our plumber team for the Island and will utilize their services again. I would also recommend Aces. He's a vet, just like I am, so I know they deserve a shot, and will be honorable. Thanks Aces. Small job, I know, but you helped and we appreciate it.

This from the owner of the company after being paid in full for a small job. Everything seemed to be going well, their calls, their punctuality etc....then called me for a third time rescheduling the appt to come back and trim out, due to an employee out sick? Well the company opens at 8am and I got a call at 10am, I was already 55 mins from my house waiting on them. Try telling your customer that they rescheduled for a third time, customer was not happy. It's their responsibility to find someone else to do a job already paid for and to SHOW UP. We found someone more reliable and not over priced. I don't need this company to respond to this review as there is no fixing it.

Called Ace's on Monday morning 3/11/24 relative to a leaking upstairs toilet. They responded within 30 minutes of my initial contact and provided me with the information needed to contain the leak until they could schedule an appointment, which was scheduled for Wednesday 3/13/24. The technician, (who was awesome by the way) Nick Wiggins, called Wednesday afternoon and was actually able to get to me ahead of our scheduled appointment so that was a very welcomed relief! Nick was just the best! He answered all ( and I mean ALL) my questions with such grace and gentleness and truly put my mind at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better technician to come out! Sometimes it's a little unnerving being a female and requesting services because you never know if you're being taken advantage of but ladies I can assure you that I never once had that feeling with Ace's Plumbing. From my initial contact to the actual service technician I felt heard and respected. The costs was competitive and fair and I was shown two estimates based on my description of the problem before agreeing to the work. Luckily for me the problem was the lesser estimate!! Definitely will use them again when needed! Great company and great customer service! They get an A+++ in my book!!

Extremely expensive, not competitive with other on island plumbers. $429 to replace a single hole kitchen sink faucet (this was just the work and did not include the new faucet, I had to provide that). Tech was done in 45 minutes- very expensive for less than an hour of work. Would not use again or recommend.

Just had Justin and Randy install a new water heater in our condo in Shelter Cove. They did a wonderful job quickly and efficiently. Great job Ace's Plumbing.
