Charges high prices for poor quality of work. To cut corners he brought his son along most of the time that was not a plumber himself. Avoid this plumber at all costs. He uses old plumbing methods and is not an expert. We paid him upfront to for a big plumbing job and mid way through he stopped coming and kept our money. We filed a claim with the contractor's board but that will take time for us to get our money back.

We've been having some oddness developing w/ our water pressure over the last few months, w/ the toilet flushing affecting the pressure of the water running in the sink or bathtub or the water running in the washing machine causing the hose I'm using to water the garden to run more slowly. It seemed more structural, so I decided to call Frank, since he had done such a good job plumbing our front bathroom almost 9 years ago. As it had been so long I wasn't sure whether he was still working or if he would come out this far. I called him yesterday and he was still working and even had a job in Richmond this morning and could come by after he finished. He estimated that would be between 10 and 11 and we agreed he would call when he was ready to leave Richmond. He called about 11:45 and came over soon after. He went under the house, found no problem, tested the pressure at the meter in front and discovered the water pressure was down to 40 psi. He adjusted it to 60 psi and took a photo of the meter so he'll know what it is if the problem reoccurs and the meter needs to be replaced. That way he won't have to come out here to take a look at it before buying its replacement. He charged us $143 for all that. He is a pleasure to work w/ and I recommend him w/o question.

Frank had done a very dirty and unpleasant job under our house a year or so ago. Rat droppings, etc. We were very pleased with his work then so we had him out this morning for two more jobs. One was replacing a shower faucet because I didn't even know how those things were put together inside. The other was a toilet replacement. Those installations are not nearly as simple as they used to be. I'm very glad I didn't try that one myself. He did both jobs expertly, quickly and neatly with minimal inconvenience to us. And he gave us a veteran's discount which I wasn't even expecting. The entire time and cost were much more reasonable than I had expected. And in talking to him it is obvious that these two jobs were not a challenge to him at all. He is capable of much more than these. We highly recommend Frank and Aces Plumbing and Drain Service.

Frank is great, regular guy that has seen it all. He's not your typical plumber that just replaces parts and/or snakes drains. He does everything from beginning to end. I'm always in support of locally owned and operated businesses.

Frank was referred to me by Dave Beckert (electrician). He was competent, fairly priced, and very pleasant. I had him install my tankless water heater, do some roughin plumbing in a kitchen and bath, and he also replaced part of a sewer line/cleanout for me.

I would definitely use him again.
