Terrible customer service, the owner, Tom, is a fraud and incredibly rude. They quoted us a price much above what even Roto-Rooter did. Thankfully we got a third opinion and saved money and the hassle of dealing with this unpleasant person.

I came across Ace Works after interviewing 6 other plumbers, and I'm glad I did. Tom is super calm and professional, and he and Lyden show up on time and do great work. So far I've had them out a few times to install new main & sink shutoffs, sewer cleanout tee, water heater, and shower surround in a fixer that I bought a few months ago, and I've got more planned with them in the coming year. They have always been available when I needed them (even on the very first job). 100% recommend them if you need work done.

I had called for an appointment, hoping for one within 2 days. My call was returned within minutes. I explained our low water pressure in a shower and what I had done myself. Tom asked if we would be available right then, he arrived in 15 minutes and started work. He was very polite, and cheerfully repaired the problem. Tom also shared pointers and explained things that can only be learned with experience. I don't expect to find better value dealing with any trade. I will call Ace Works for all future needs, and I will encourage anyone to give Thomas a try!

We asked Ace Works to help us out with an issue with the plumbing in our shower. Tom showed up on time, was polite and respectful of our time and our home. After taking a look at our concern, he explained how the solution was actually a much easier and less involved process than we had anticipated. I will absolutely call him again for our next project.

My husband and I just bought a new house and my husband wanted to setup a sprinkler system and he noticed that both our outdoor faucets leaked from the head. I had called another person but the faucets still leaked and then I called Thomas with Ace Works and he was very friendly and professional over the phone. When Thomas came he was very friendly and professional and his apprentice was equally as friendly and professional. I showed them what was wrong with our faucets and they got to work. I was very impressed and happy with the service I received and I would use him in the future for any needs my husband and I may have and I would recommend him to all my friends and family or anyone that may need his services.

I have had some bad luck with plumbers. I decided to give Ace Works a try after reading their reviews. I had a leaking faucet. Thomas the owner came by and was very professional and all around great guy. Did a great job. I will definitely us him again.

This is going to be a long review. My main sewer line clogged up which resulted in water backing up and coming out of my shower drains.

I first went with Roto Rooter (don't recommend them at all) since they were the first on google. They attempted to auger the line which didn't work and cost $600 (way overpriced). Then they used a camera to locate the block and quoted me $10k to dig up and inspect the block manually. This entire process took a week because Roto Rooter had horrible customer service and scheduling.

I looked for companies on yelp and found Tom's company Ace works and saw his great reviews. I updated him on the issues and the job that Roto rooter quoted. Over the phone he gave me a quote that was a quarter of the price compared to roto rooter. He was able to schedule me two days later (he already had other jobs).

On the day of our appointment he had great communication and called me before our appointment to update me that they finished a job and were going to get lunch then head over. He actually showed up 30 mins earlier then we planned which was nice.

Tom and his apprentices were very nice and professional. They were able to finish the job sooner then expected and verified everything worked before leaving. Since it was shorter than they expected, the final cost was cheaper than what he quoted me!

Tom is my new go to plumber for any issues and for any renovations. I highly recommend his company and have already sent his contact info to family and friends if they need him in the future.

I would rate them 10/5 stars if I could.

We have had two services completed
By this company. Toilet repair and new faucet installed in our laundry tub. The employee was very through. Made sure both were completely working etc. perfectly. Explained they guarantee there work. We were so happy with the customer service and the jobs well done.

We fell victim to the recent freezing cold temperatures and a burst water pipe. We called Ace Works who scheduled us first thing the next day. They were on time and courteous. They efficiently made the repair, kindly informed us on what happened and how to prepare in the future and were such pleasure to work with. I hope u do t need a plumber again anytime soon, but I am fortunate to know ow that Ace Works is out there and ready to help. They will be my go to plumber for all future needs.
