These people were assigned to me by my home warranty company. I called them at two phone numbers given to me as well as well as the company website for three days for an emergency leak under my house. All I could do was leave a message with the ""personal type"" voicemails. I don't know how these people can do business by not answering the phones, but I eventually got my warranty company to send another contractor.
