Terrible ! Trying to get some transparency and disclosure from ""David"" was IMPOSSIBLE on hot water heater replacement. Ended up canceling any possible work from them after they tried to tell me we were under obligation by contract and would have to pay restocking fee (WE HAD, THANK GOD, NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT BUT RATHER A WORK ORDER FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND SEE SITUATION FOR A COST $200 FOR ESTIMATE !!!!!) VERY unprofessional a bad attitude to boot. Thank God, we had our own copies of what we signed. Missed a big bullet by getting away from them.

Ace Unlimited was great. Our newer water heater that another company installed would not stay lit. Ace Unlimited came out right away, and took the time to fix the problem that the other company caused. They went above and beyond. Thank you.

These guys are true American professionals! (I called another place that I ended up asking them to leave.)
Ace Unlimited was respectful and professional. They checked everything, but only repaired what needed to be done at the time and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again when the time comes

After attempting to repair a water heater 48 hours after the instal i had one geyser and two moats resulting in thousands of damage. Was told to call the City of Centennial to resolve the matter. Unbelievable.
