Had a dripping shower head but this company was not knowledgeable about the brand Sigma to repair it. The service man contacted his boss and they advised a very expensive repair solution of $2,000.00. I contacted the manufacturer after and found out the cartridge that needed to be replaced for the drip cost $49.00 and would take a plumber 1/2 hour to replace it. I was charged $69.00 for the visit, but after calling in to request a refund I received the charge credited back to my account a few days later. That was a pleasant surprise, but I guess they cannot solve it all.

Rey Santamaria showed up and was giving us a quote for a Hybrid Water Heater install. I had already gotten several quotes both in person and over the phone. The average price is 1200 and some (especially the one Rheem recommended 2nd on their list) 800-850-1200. What makes me write this review, is I NEVER confirmed the appointment on my text via Cell phone. Naturally you would think they got the hint and not show up. Nope they showed up. To make matters worse is they tried to charge a trip fee of $69. I don't do trip fees. Especially on something that is installed everyday and with an existing unit already in place just slightly smaller. I already bought the system, the pan, and the expansion tank. All they needed was a valve and labor. So.... this guy presents us with a quote of ..... $3500 for install.. LOL. Ya no thanks. I called them from the number in the text that I didn't acknowledge and told them I was not paying their unknown surprise fee of $69 and that they can take their insulting, price gauging, woke Biden-nomics inflation quote some where else. They see a two story home and want to up their price thinking you don't do your homework. 7 quotes, top 3 reputable AND lowest: Benjamin Frankin $1237 also has a maintenance with a monthly plan Rinaldi $1289 Dunstan & Son Plumbing Co $850 2nd on list by Rheem Pro Installer.

Used this company to rewire our house, and install an 30amp RV outlet and 220 to the spa. Did a great job and was reasonable. Called them back for an estimate ($75.00 """"fee"""") to install a 110 outlet 10 feet to the garage door to plug in our hybrid vehicle charger. Quoted with parts and labor $2150.00 + tax. For crying out loud, it was to add an outlet 10 feet, some romex, contractor-quality outlet and box with conduit. No thanks! $75.00 down the drain.!

When OUC arrives to your house, uncalled, to investigate unusual water usage, you know there is an issue! A water line leak was detected after 40K gallons of water was """"consumed"""" in less than 24 hours. OUC offered two vendor solutions to call to further investigate and repair. The first vendor we called was not able to come out for 3 days. When calling Ace, they said someone could come by that afternoon. In fact, the technician - Amlicar - was at our house within the hour! He was friendly, efficient, was able to identify the issue quickly (broken line due to tree roots putting pressure on pipe) and repaired the water line (providing a create solution, adjusting the line to relieve line tension.) We were back up and running within hours of our initial call. Great job!

these guys have done a variety of Hvac and electrical panel upgrades on my 3000 sf house. I got Dan who is the best electrician and honest guy I ever worked with after 25 years in construction ive met all types. but Dan is spot on clean honest efficient service. also Mike M? did my Hvac service which was quite expensive but he pulled the coils after servicing the outdoor unit because the coils were very dirty from pet hair and whatever else clogged them up. he was on time friendly and personable did a superb job on getting my smaller Hvac second system in top shape. id call these guys first and know they are the right people for the job! scam Alert! I should have read the reviews here first. They charged $59 to come out and tell me that installing the electrical for a fan would be $700. Just insane pricing. Not sure if they are just trying to make money from service call fees or if they are actually getting people to pay sky high prices, but it's an absolute rip. Be warned.

I used to think that this company was reputable. I called them for my air conditioning problem. The tech wanted to charge me 400.00 just to unclog my ac line. To make matters worse, I had referred them to my daughter. They charged her almost 5000 to install a sink and hot water heater. Not a good look Ace.

Please be very careful when you call this company for services. Routine diagnosis quickly became advanced diagnosis, with the charge almost doubled. Their hourly rates, which they did not want to disclose but could be easily computed, are outrageous. Do not sign any papers they give you. Tell them to finish the diagnosis, give you the written estimate for the repair, and you will pay them. If they do not agree, they can leave and lose their time coming out to your place.

Over the weekend, I had a family gathering for father's Day, and the topic of the Family Value plan came up. Including myself, 8 of us utilize this plan and services of Ace in the Kissimmee and Orlando areas. The benefits of the plan, I love. Helping prevent a lot of major issues from occurring down the road. This is genius and pays for itself and is extremely useful for my elderly family members. The issue that drove this negative review is your customer service with the family plan team. This surprised me but didn't really surprise me. You have a representative with the Ace Family team named Samantha. I have spoken to her a few times, along with my aunt, uncles, friends, and a few neighbors. NO ONE had anything worth pleasing to say about this individual. Being that we are a part of a Family VIP program, it really doesn't feel that way. No warm welcome feeling. Yes, we all received a package in the mail, but that's it. No phone call, no check-in. When speaking with Samantha, she never takes accountability. Never fails to tell you, she is not a technician or it is not her department. She spoke to my aunt and uncle as if they were incompetent. I have yet to have a a courtesy or empathic experience her. I called and mentioned I had AC issues, and instead of saying sorry to hear that. Nope, you have the wrong department, and customer service can schedule that. When facing any issues, this is the person in charge of assisting me? Nothing about Samantha is professional. She got into it with my uncle and my neighbor over updating his payment. My neighbor actually drove to the office back in March because of her attitude on the phone. How do you have someone of this caliber managing VIPs? I have had to call in for maintenance. She's not calling us or following up in 6 months. Everytime you speak with her, she's combative and argumentative. Samantha speaks over you and then had awkward moments of silence. Am I speaking to a human at this point. Ace is a great company, and myself, family, and friends have spent a lot of money with the company and plan to continue, but I refuse to work with people like this Samantha person. If I am paying for a service, I should receive the utmost support and respect. Treat me like family, and not like someone that is bothering you. Lead with integrity, honor, and respect. You are not better than anyone else. You should NOT have people like this working for you. It is giving your company a horrible reputation.
