Ace Services, sent out Zieo & Ross there best plumbers they were excellent , professional & very courteous. I had a toilet that would not flush and that was making horrible sounds. They immediately replaced the toilet. Now everything's good and brand New I appreciate them so much. May they be blessed. Thank you Ace Services!!

Lack of customer service. Make appointments with a 4-hour window, then neither called nor showed up. We had to call them to see if they were still coming to our house, despite them having both cellular numbers. Will never use this company again for any type of home service. Unreliable.

Update- Alex, the plumber who arrived to replace a part in my water heater was courteous, kept me informed as he was delayed, and completed his work efficiently. A ""5"" for Alex.

The telephone call from the company owner was appreciated.

I used the company for plumbing and electrical needs and I was not disappointed at all. Im not familiar with these companies in vegas so I went with the first one I googled. They were quick with the answering of the phones, the woman on the other end was very kind and polite. They even called me to tell me they were running behind. The first gentleman too come out was Russ, the plumber. He was very kind and knowledgeable and honest. He fixed my issue and knew exactly what I needed on the electrical side. The next day the electrician, LeRon came out with a girl named Haley. They were both very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They were on time and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I am so glad I used this company and will use them in the future when and if I need these services again. This is a top notch business they deserve 6 stars, 5 just isn't enough to show how thankful I am.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, ""If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route."" Still additional comments from owner, ""I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next."" I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

I have been forced to use this company through my property management office and to say they are terrible is a gross understatement. Each time they have come out I have had to have one, sometimes two more people come out to complete the job. I'm not sure they even know what they're doing. They waste my time with repeated visits and do a terrible job each time they are here.

Anthony and Patrick just completed a full house re-piping in our rental and they were fantastic! Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process go smoothly. They worked around our schedule and household to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Honest, upfront and diligent...I can't say enough about these guys! Thank you Anthony and Patrick!

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME! They are total scam artists. They hire journeymen plumbers who dont know what they are doing. They installed a water heater incorrectly. I had to supply additional parts. Plumber was in a hurry and kept complaining the job was taking too long. Really?? Too fricking bad,. Im paying. Do the job and get it done right I dont care how long it takes. Complete incompetence. Worst service we've ever received. And the Owner Casey is a complete jerk and a coward who refused to call me when I asked him to and instead hid behind his keyboard. 0 customer service ability. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Will never use this company again and I will tell Everyone I know never to use them. EVER!

Pool breaker quit working. Called around and went with Ace. Two hispanic workers show up and were only here for 5 minutes, but fixed the problem. They were paid $75 in cash. I'll jot it down as a $75 lesson. Anyway, we keep getting phone calls from Ace stating we owe them now over $90. Asking why they stated they have not been paid. Maybe stop calling us and start questioning your employees who have obviously stolen from you. If not, you can take us to court. We have the receipt of payment. That is all.

Hired by our bathroom remodeling company to install two can lights and two electrical outlets. Wall and ceiling were already opened up, they tied into existing sockets in the kithen, literally at the house less than 2 hours, charged for 2 technicians and a total of 10 man hours (5 each) almost a grand to these clowns. I can see how he is driving a 5 series BMW now. Also has the nerve to take a dump in my bathroom for half an hour, before starting the job. Mabey I should look at the invoice closer, probably got charged to unclog the toilet he stopped up.(Invoice was sent to me by mistake by them, instead of my renovation company, they wouldnt tell me how much they charged.)

Worst Plumblimg company!!! they came to my place and then when I needed them to come back, they scheduled an appointment. Then no one showed up. Then after numerous calls trying to figure out when they were coming, they just said they are not coming and that their other customers were more important and they had to service them instead. They never showed up or called to cancel...
