My neighbor had an emergency situation on a holiday weekend to which they were the only company available to come help. Had I been in our neighbors shoes; We would too be super grateful for their service availability.
They then asked if we wanted them to look at our septic for free, that sounded like a great deal. Realizing our septic needed to be emptied and trusting we were being given a reasonable rate, my husband chose to proceed against my advice to shop since thank God we did not have an emergency. James was very knowledgeable and well licensed. He made my husband feel he could be trusted. I later inquired of 2 neighbors who recently had their septics emptied and realized we were charged more than DOUBLE the going rate!!!!!
I was sick to my stomach as we basically supporting a kid in college plus our home is basically 1 income (family of 4) so any unnecessary expenses are to be avoided. I contacted company regarding this (James answered)and was not given a reasonable answer for possibility of overcharge and was promised a call back. I couldn't remember the guys name that came out, later I asked my husband and he said it was James. He did say he always answers their phone. So if it was him, would have been professional of him to acknowledge that instead of continuing lie and referring to his self in 3rd person.
Been a week, I'm guessing I shouldn't hold my breath.

Quoted $750 to pump my 3 septic tanks. Arrived and the price went to $1,100. After my complaining the decided there was over $2,200 in repair needed. I asked them to leave. They then tried to give me a bill for $187.50 for a service call. Within 2 hours I had another service arrive, pump out my 3 tanks, and accept the $675 the had quoted over the phone.
Look out they are shysters!
