So Chris came out to work on some drainage issues under the house with the kitchen sink . Well after they left neither one of the toilets would flush correctly. We called them and they came back out to check, wanted to charge my mom another 95 or so for a service call . She flat refused and so did I since it was their work . So Chris started digging in the yard and my mom went out and asked him why he was digging , he replied that he was looking for the line . Then he came in and stated that we had to replace the back toilet, and he seemed like he was in a hurry to leave then and told mom there would t be a charge this time after insisting that his boss said he HAD to charge. Today (a couple days past) mom went out to fill the hole he had dug and discovered why he was in such a hurry and why there was no charge !!! He busted a hole in the pipe!!! Now grant it , it was an accident, but he never said anything about it and if we hadn't could it lord knows what would have happened . Debris would have fallen in and stopped it up not to mention how extremely unsanitary and toxic it is to have this open and exposed!! I've called them now and am waiting for a response. This will be fixed by ACE at NO CHARGE to us immediately , and by someone else other than who did it. So ACE calls back and says that Chris told them he had to cut the pipe I order to see what was going on . They also said he told us the septic needed to be pumped . I'm calling BS! He NEVER said that he had to bust a hole in the pipe and he never said the tank needed to be pumped . I know because I asked him if that was the issue and he said no . He said the toilet needed to be replaced and that it would cost 250$ to do it. Not once did he tell us he busted the pipe and not once did he say the tank needed to be pumped . I told my mom that I believed that was the issue and suggested it to her yesterday which we did . I told ACE that if Chris told her that then he is flat out lying to her . She then said he will come tomorrow and replace the part of the pipe that he broke . We will see ... i will update my review after .

DJ and Erin came by me house to help me with a plumbing problem. They figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. They were awesome!!

Came out, rooted my sewage line. Fast, efficient, inexpensive (cheap!), friendly.

I had a broken waterline repaired in February. It cost over $400 and was repaired with pex flexible waterline looped from the waterline to within in inch of the top of the ground. This spring our lawn sprinkler company saw it and said waterlines are required to be at least 18 inches below grade. I called Ace, they are going to look into it. I will revise this rating after they decide what they are going to do to fix this.

I woke up to a leaking hot water heater. They were here within the hour and had a new heater installed in about two hours. Great customer service and a fair price. Their price was $600 less than another local plumbing company. If you use Arrow Plumbing call Ace first!
