Snaked out my clogged kitchen sink for $750 -- found out later Lowe's would have done it for $150. He broke the seal on the drain while doing it, then claimed that I had damaged it when I used Draino. Further claimed that the seal isn't sold by itself, and entire drain would need to be replaced for nearly $200. Found the seal for $15 at Ace Hardware (no relation). They wanted $80 just to come give me an estimate.. then he stood in my kitchen and read the *fixed*price* from his notebook. I greatly regret ever having called Ace Plumbing Service. I feel that I have been swindled. I recommend taking your business ANYWHERE else.

Matt did a great job of our wiring. Plus his helper (I don't know his name). Jessica was quick to get someone out to fix our problem. It was greatly appreciated with this summer heat. We have used ACE different times and have always been please. The employees are very nice and explain everything and take pride in there work.

I called to get a toilet unclogged. After 2 attempted the tech stated I would need a new toilet and he recommended the $1000 fix. He said in 2-3 days it would be clogged again. He charged us $227 and asked if he would get 5 stars for his service. What???? I called to complain about not having value meet the mark of the amount paid. Customer service called and said they would call back in 24 hrs. No one has ever called me back. Awful company!

Absolutely awful company. Scheduled windows mean nothing to them I had an """"appointment"""" for 5-6 and got calls at 9:30 and 12:30 saying the technician was on his way and when I reminded them that I was at work, they said okay. Then I get a call at 6:30 saying that they weren't gonna make it. And that they put my name on for tomorrow I called a little later and found out I had not been put on the schedule tomorrow. Eventually I get a call from someone saying they had been on vacation and they said that the technicians were supposed to call every two hours, then listed the 7 times they called me none of which were 2 hours apart. And when I pointed out this error to him his response was """"I'm going to cancel your appointment tomorrow, we are not the technicians for you""""

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Called yesterday to get an appointment to have a kitchen faucet installed. Sure thing be there between 8-10 the next day. They charge a 68.00 fee just to dispatch their driver. Never heard of that but ok. Get a call this morning guy will be here within the hour. Great I think. They call back made a mistake no one coming out today just have to wait till tomorrow. What a joke of a company. If you can't even schedule then how will you handle the job. Stay away from this company unless you have plenty of time to wait.

I had a simple toilet bowl tank parts replacement job that I could do myself if I had the time. But I was too lazy. So I called Ace Plumbing. I told them by phone that my two toilet bowls due to age needed a new hand knob, stopper and pump replaced. They sent a technician and after fifteen minutes of him talking about my water heater and air conditioner, I asked how much it cost just to replace the parts for my two toilets and he told me approximately $785. dollars. At that point I had enough of this gouging scam.So I paid the $79. for non-service dispatch fee and told him to leave.In conclusion I went to the local hardware store paid $43. for parts and made time to do the simple job myself.

I had a simple leak on a pvc joint underground at an elbow joint. I will admit I am partly to blame for paying over $700 for a $5 dollar part and about an hours worth of labor, but I was between a rock and hard place with it being the weekend. I should have said no thanks, paid him the $65 service call fee and tried to call someone else. I asked him how much they charge to do a simple snake clean out on roots, and he said $400. At that point I knew I had made a grave error but it was too late, the work had been done. If I wasn't selling the house and had a buyer coming the next day I probably would have passed but being under pressure I failed. I hate to give anyone a one star rating but I am telling all consumers that this company is gouging people. In my estimation, this repair should have cost about $300 tops. If there's a sucker born every minute, then I'm guilty as charged but I still have to speak my mind about my experience.
