The toilet of the office I work for was clogged today so we called Ace Plumbing immediately because we simply could not spend the whole day like that (we have a lot of students and classes going on, so we needed that fixed asap). They warned us that given the high demand, would probably be difficult to find someone immediately, but less than one hour late, boom: our hero Kyle Kellum showed up and fixed everything. Today we had an unexpected leak in our apartment down into our downstairs neighbor's place. Kyle came through with his crew and figured out the leak that was coming in through my neighbor's bathroom ceiling. Kyle worked with our landlord to get a new toilet and tub drain installed, both desperately needed the upgrade, and fixed the leak. He got us the toilet model he personally recommended too. I called Ace Plumbing to have them check my home after I had received a ""leak alert"" from the San Francisco Water, Power and Sewer. An Ace representative answered my call promptly and immediately scheduled a time for someone to meet me at my home within a few days. On the actual work day, Dave G. from Ace arrived early. I found him to be polite, patient, professional and informative. After inspecting both inside and outside my home, he suggested that the leak was likely coming from an upstairs toilet. He fixed the problem immediately and offered suggestions on how I could reduce the likelihood of leaks in the future. I would highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

This review is for the terrific responsiveness and customer service I received at Ace Plumbing and for Leo's immediate help! In the middle of yet another rainy day in this very wet winter, all of a sudden a significant amount of water started seep across my kitchen floor from under the cabinet and/or the wall behind the cabinet. Ace Plumbing sent Leo out within an hour of my call, and Leo quickly helped me confirm that the source of the leak was not related to any of my water pipes (alas) that the water was likely coming in through a point in the outside (wood) wall. Although he wasn't able to solve my problem, I am deeply grateful that he could quickly and efficiently help me rule out an major possible source and get me on the right track to repairs. Ace Plumbing was fantastic to work with. They were able to fit us in quickly after a plumbing issue in our condo which resulted in water all over the floor. Franco was very professional when he arrived and went above and beyond in his service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it rather speedily. He answered all my questions and was very thorough in making sure the issue was truly fixed before he left. I felt he treated our space as he would his own and his care was greatly appreciated. We would 100% use Ace Plumbing again. Franco was fantastic.

The shower drain clogged and I had tried numerous things to unclog it with no luck. Drano, enzyme, and, looking back, I laugh at this puny little plastic thing I attempted.

I called Ace, as I previously had a good experience with them. Some neighbors had previously recommended them to me as well.

This job, Carlos arrived and attempted to snake it. Turns out, it ended up being a bigger job than just a snake. He called for backup and Jaime and Alberto arrived.

Long story short, Carlos and the team got the job done. Carlos kept me in the loop, as I had asked for updates on what he was seeing (and what it would likely cost me). They were all courteous, kept my floors in the house tidy, and even left my bathroom clean. I have no idea how, but they also managed to keep the garage clean when I know they had a good amount of water to drain.

Thanks guys! I hope I won't have to see you guys again anytime soon (because I hope our pipes all stay open), but when I need a plumber, you'll be hearing from me!

TL;DR- had clog, and ace plumbers got the job done and left the place clean! Will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.
