My home warranty sent this guy to my house. He was the worst...
Did not fix anything, took my $85 and left. He told them my faucets were not leaking as the bucket was catching the water. Horrible experience.
Tried to call and explain, after 2 weeks he finally called me back. Told me to get 2nd opinion and hung up on me.
Would never do business with this company or the home warranty again.

Ace was assigned to us from our home warranty. Glenn was very prompt to call and come out and assess our situation. Not only did he get us a replacement hot water heater very quickly he replaced a piece on our old one to get us through the weekend. This was a great company to work with and I am very happy with their service.

I wanted to share my experience after seeing a few negatives ones on here, especially with relation to home warranty work.

We had Ace assigned by our home warranty, Fidelity. They called me within 2 days to book the first appt, came out quickly, ordered the correct/needed part for our toilet and were back out again within about 1 week to install the part. They performed the repairs quickly and always followed up. The plumber who came out was friendly and professional.

If I could give a minus score I would. They came out to fix a faucet that was leaking at the request of my home warranty company. They were 2.5 hours late. The guy who showed up didnt do anything. He walked in and said I can't fix it because they had replaced it a year ago and he would need authorization from the warranty company to replace it. He knew this before he even got there. I had a new faucet there and he refused to even install it. He was there less then 5 minutes. Then the plumbing company contacted the home warranty and Billed them saying the job was completed. I think the law calls this fraud.

when I spoke with Glen, the guy who answered the phone he advised that they couldn't do the work because his company only does home warranty work, they are not a general plumber. I'm pretty sure he was full of it, but who knows.

i highly recommend you look elsewhere for a plumber. I'm actually shocked that there are people on here that are happy with their work ethic, must be fake posts!

Terrible company in my opinion. We had a plumbing issue in the house that we had recently purchased. We decided to submit a claim through our home warranty. This company came out and the service technician recommended a pretty extensive and costly recommendation. No work at all was completed (this was an estimate). I decided to go with a second or other opinions to perhaps pay out of pocket because the home warranty process is not the smoothest either. Another plumber came out and was able to fix the problem in only a few minutes and it only cost a fraction of what Ace quoted. The staff in the office are also rude. They still billed my home warranty $75 dollars for doing nothing. Obviously, my home warranty did not cover paying for absolutely nothing. I guess if I had a choice, I would definitely chose another company. There are still companies out there that are honest and believe in customer service. Good luck and I hope this helps.

They came out to fix a sink blockage as a claim turned into our home protection plan and accomplished nothing. Although the guy who came out was very nice the blockage was not cleared. Instead, they wanted an additional $400 not covered by our warranty. We contacted the Trenchless Company in Sacramento who came right out and cleared the problem immediately for $99!
