We looked at Yelp last week just to get an idea which plumbing companies in the area had good ratings and decided next time we needed a plumber we would be calling Ace. Well of course yesterday (a Saturday) noticed that the water heater had some rusty stuff in the basin it sits in. So I called and Paull answered immediately and said he could be at our house between 12 and 2 and would call first. True to his word, he called shortly after 12 and said he was on his way. Upon arrival he looked at the situation and said that the rusty stuff was dry, indicating it wasn't currently leaking, so we COULD wait it out, or we could replace the water heater then, as he had time. We opted for the latter so he went and picked up the new water heater, installed it with a new proper basin under it (the old one was not the right type for an electric water heater), put in new plumbing as needed, and we were good to go in under 2 hours! I feel like Paull was honest about the situation and he did a great job, hauled off the old water heater and basin, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived. I definitely would use his services again.

We had a pipe break underneath our home right after power outage came back on and called Ace plumbing. They came in less than an hour! Paul fixed the problem right away. Very fair pricing we are extremely happy and would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing in Bullhead City area.

Had to call Paul after we found a water leak underneath my house. That was the first time. A few weeks later we came back to the house after discovering another leak though this time he was underneath the house for 4-1/2 hours fixing 25+ leaks from that rat! He got paid and I've never seen more dirt on a guy than in Paul that day but would highly recommend this company to anyone!

When I called to make an appointment I explained I wanted a filter and a 3/4 shut off valve installed in a 3/4 copper water line. He cut a copper loop out of my copper water line which also had a brass valve attached. I did not give him the copper and valve, he took it. He talked disrespectfully to me and tried to talk me into another system. Did not install a shut off valve and told me to shut the water off to the house at the street to change the filter. Asked around at a hardware store in town and found a real plumber. I am a female senior citizen and I will never call Ace again!

We had a small gas leak under our house, the Southwest Gas turn off our gas. It happen on the weekend. No plumbers here would even say they would try to look into a gas leak problem. I call ACE Plumbing and Paul said he was busy finishing some jobs but would come by check on it Tuesday. He explain the processes on working on a gas leak. It would take about a week before I could get the gas back on. When Paul check it, he said he would try to hurry the city to issue a permit to do the work. Because we are seniors and needed heat. He called us the next day that we are lucky that the permit came through. He came and fix it. He called the City Inspector and the next day they came to approval it. Paul kept calling us to check if they came by. He had come by to finishing up when we had a leak on our PV pile to our water system. He fixed it for us at the same time. He told us to call the gas company to turn on our gas. They came the next day. Paul call us to make sure they had come to turn on our gas. He was very concern for us, and he is so warmth hearted. I love his kindness and his understanding on us Old people, lol. Thank You Paul for letting us know up front.

This always happens on a Friday. The new water heater springs a leak, spraying water everywhere. A late afternoon call and Paul says he's got a couple hours before he can get to me. He arrives, much sooner than expected. He quickly assesses the problem and fixes it in no time.
Paul is friendly, works Safley and cleans his work area. Very professional and the type of service you'd want at your home.
