Called them to give me an estimate on a boiler repair, got a call back after the check was done that I owe them 285$. I payed and was told if I may need a sensor which will be $167. When I called 3 days later to get the sensor done they won't do it anymore until I get the chimney checked which is a closed cap system. I asked him to give me the part number so I get another plumber and they refuse to give it to me. Avoid this business at all costs they will do anything to make a quick buck and not actually fix anything.

I have used Ace Plumbing on three different occasions. Sam and his crew are always professional. I consider myself pretty handy but I alway use Ace for my plumbing repairs and upgrades. Came out to my place for a water leak. Wanted them to come the night before but was pushed to the morning, not a problem. Busted out my dry wall with a hammer and proceeded to tell me that he would pass on the job because it was too much work. Left the mess of dry wall on the ground with the hack job in the ceiling. Still have a crack in my pipe that is leaking

Ace was a life-saver as we had a hose burst unexpectedly at 9:30 on a Thursday night. We called Ace and they had Sam sent out the next day to evaluate. They rearranged their schedule to help us out & repair what needed to be repaired that Friday and really, really put us at ease. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for my future plumbing needs.

I was disappointed. I understand their motto is honesty, but I think they have over rotated on this point where it becomes concerning and leaves you wondering about the quality of their work. Two items were both deemed to difficult to guarantee. A broken pipe and a leaky shower head. They spent more time writing up the fact that they won't guarantee the job then they did identifying the issue. Also the price to come out is not cheap. High cost to tell you they are not able to perform the job confidently. I think I will go somewhere else where they are able to take on the more difficult jobs with more confidence
