We had a major sewerage backup in my house on a Sunday. Kenneth came out and worked his rear off to get the problem solved. Believe me, it wasn't easy, but he would not quit until he had it figured out. And, oh, they cover their shoes when they enter your home. Yes!!! I'll never call another plumber.

Prompt arrival, service completed properly, fairly amiable plumber, but an exhuberant bill for an hours work. Their ""Up-Front Pricing"" was not revealed until after service completion, though supervision stood behind the $470 bill to auger three drains.

Called Ace Plumbers out to look at running a gas line..... took the guy all of 30 seconds to tell me that it could not be done... charged me $49.00 for his crappy opinion. Called another plumbing company and two days later hte gas line was run and working.

Drain lone was clogged, they came out promptly after a Monday afternoon call & had it cleared quickly w/ power auger. Tech was pleasant & cleaned up after himself. Especially nice after a ""fly by night"" plumber had no luck removing/breaking clog & left a mess. Ace fixed leak under kitchen sink as well, while testing the drain. 2 week warranty is nice for peace of mind. $$ well spent!

Awesome job. Found a water leak inside my house on a Saturday morning. Called and 30 minutes later, Kevin showed up. He quickly identified the problem, gave me the options and costs to fix it and completed the work in about half an hour. Professional and polite. Definitely will call Ace Plumbing next time I need a plumber.

A couple months ago an upstairs tub drain started leaking. I called several plumbers and we were told it would be a month before anyone could even take a look at it. Some didn't even bother to return our calls. We called Ace and the guys were at my house in 20 minutes. Within an hour they had our drain fixed and also hooked up 2 exterior gas lanterns. They even cleaned up after themselves, no signs that they had even been in our home! That's 5 star service!

Worst service ever! Put a washer on a shower valve stem and said thats all he could do. Ever heard of changing a valve seat or maybe replace the whole stem.
