We had a major sewerage backup in my house on a Sunday. Kenneth came out and worked his rear off to get the problem solved. Believe me, it wasn't easy, but he would not quit until he had it figured out. And, oh, they cover their shoes when they enter your home. Yes!!! I'll never call another plumber.

Called Ace Plumbers out to look at running a gas line..... took the guy all of 30 seconds to tell me that it could not be done... charged me $49.00 for his crappy opinion. Called another plumbing company and two days later hte gas line was run and working.

A couple months ago an upstairs tub drain started leaking. I called several plumbers and we were told it would be a month before anyone could even take a look at it. Some didn't even bother to return our calls. We called Ace and the guys were at my house in 20 minutes. Within an hour they had our drain fixed and also hooked up 2 exterior gas lanterns. They even cleaned up after themselves, no signs that they had even been in our home! That's 5 star service!

Great service and the guy (his name was Kevin I think) they sent was awesome. Very reasonable prices. He was in and out in an hr. We would def recommend them and use them again. We literally called every plumber in the laf area listed on Yelp and they were the ONLY ones to call us back.

$512 to install a garbage disposal??? They installed a new Badger 5xp-3 disposal (that you can get at Walmart for $123) and charged her $512.

Drain lone was clogged, they came out promptly after a Monday afternoon call & had it cleared quickly w/ power auger. Tech was pleasant & cleaned up after himself. Especially nice after a ""fly by night"" plumber had no luck removing/breaking clog & left a mess. Ace fixed leak under kitchen sink as well, while testing the drain. 2 week warranty is nice for peace of mind. $$ well spent!

Prompt arrival, service completed properly, fairly amiable plumber, but an exhuberant bill for an hours work. Their ""Up-Front Pricing"" was not revealed until after service completion, though supervision stood behind the $470 bill to auger three drains.
