Abbie P.They came and snaked through our toilet, 3 times. Evidently you're not supposed to do that (coming from licensed plumbers) because it can cause holes in pipes and easily get stuck. They came to look so they could give me a quote a few days after I was told there was a ""rough spot"" that needed fixed. I called and never got a clear response. My insurance company also called, they were never responded to either. After a month of trying to get ahold of them, I finally called another company, just to find out sewage had been leaking under my house the entire time.
Worst organization I have ever worked with-very rude and disrespectful in the way they speak to customers. Not willing to discuss options with you at all. Do not call them!
ACE installed a water heater at a rental property of mine in December 2020. Unfortunately I forgot about it because I never received an invoice to pay. Samantha called me on March 3, 2021. I asked her to email me a copy of the invoice. I received an emailed copy on March 3, 2021 and I agreed to pay right away. This is what happened when I called to pay. This is an email of my experience with Samantha the Collections Manager:

Hi Samantha,
I just wanted it to be on record that I called you on March 5, 2021 several times to pay the $590 invoice and you refused to take my payment over the phone, was rude (once again) and hung up on me multiple times (once again). Per my request, I was emailed an invoice for $612.11 on March 3, 2021 which was the first time I ever received an invoice from your company. Also in that invoice, it stated that I signed something and agreed to terms to pay after the installation which was untrue. I've never SIGNED anything! I have multiple properties and had forgotten about this outstanding issue. I told you I DO NOT LIVE IN EVANSVILLE but I believe you may have been sending invoices to the tenant. As soon as you told me about it, I agreed to pay upon receipt of a copy of an invoice for my records. You also agreed to waive any late fees if I had it paid by Friday. When I emailed and called to pay on Friday, once again you refused and stated that you would rather send it to collections on Monday and I could pay them plus the extra fees that they charge.
I am willing to pay the $590, but do not agree to pay the finance charges that have gone up from March 3rd ($612.11) to March 5th to $635. I believe you are acting in an emotional and unprofessional manner. I asked to speak with the owner of the company several times and you refused to allow me to do so. You said you are the manager and he put you in charge. I've also called 2-10 Home warranty company to file a complaint and hopefully get Ace removed from their vendor list. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB. It's really unfortunate that the owner would allow you to run his company in the ground....full of emotion when it should be about the business of customer service. If you are feeling less emotional Monday please call me for payment or have the owner to reach out to me. I would love to make payment for the water heater.

Bryan B.Had a clog in the kitchen sink wife tried her best but couldn't get it cleared. Called ACE they had a man at our house a few hours later. He was done in about 45 min. Easy pezzy. I would recommend ACE to anyone.
Dayla W.Terry has been to my house 3 times in the last month, and every time I was treated with respect, and felt like he was honest as far as exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable in the plumbing industry and will make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. The owner Dennis called me the next day to go over what was done and what I can do to prevent the problem from happening again. I will call ACE for my future plumbing needs.

Seriously had the worst experience with two men from this outfit. Call anyone but these sorry excuses for workmen. Worst experience Ive ever encountered.
