This place is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called and made an appointment for Friday between 12:00 and 1:00.At 2:00 I called and the woman answering the phone had no idea where he was. I tried again at 4:00 and got the same answer. Then she called me back and said he got hung up and would come Saturday morning at 8:00. 9:00am Saturday no show. Called and left the message that I was going to give him a wonderful review on yelp. Then I get a phone call from him saying he was just getting ready to leave the house at 9:15 AM. I told him just forget it I'll find somebody else.User be aware. He does not care about the customer.

This company is notorious for mistreating their employees. Sure they might get to you the same day or next but does the repairs last? With overworked staff it's doubtful, I had to call another company to get my issues resolved correctly.

We had Ace come out to do some plumbing repairs, the first day we had scheduled at 9, we got a call at 9:15 saying they wouldn't be there because there was an emergency so we rescheduled. The second try the guy came out, he was here for over an hour, got absolutely nothing done, he said he needed to go get a tool, he left in his truck and never came back and no one (not even the office) could get ahold of him.

Called the company before noon asking if they had time to come out because our blower motor went out and they said they will be here in the afternoon. It kept getting later and later with no updates so i went ahead and called they said he will be here and still no luck i called again and no answer so i have to wait another day but will have another company come tomorrow. Its very upsetting that i couldnt get a straight answer so i gave up with them.
