We called this plumbing company because we had a problem after business hours. They came and managed to do a fix that allowed us to have water in our home until they could come back and fix the shower correctly. For this service we paid $300. They used the same parts but added one part to save us more money. They left and the shower did not work correctly. We were having a renovation on another bathroom in the house and within a few days the plumber that the contractor used found a part that they had not put back in and now it works correctly. When I called to let them know this they argued with me and told me that they had fixed it correctly. They did not offer anything back for a job that was not done correctly for a large fee.
