I've used Ace Plumbing on 4 occasions. Each time, Travis responded very quickly, always alerted me if he was going to be delayed, and when he was on his way. In each case, he diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed and back in business within minutes. I am very pleased with the service I received from Ace.

Needed a gas line moved and Travis came out to give us an estimate and to check things out (we were changing our our cooktop to a slide-in range & didn't need it done immediately). While there, I also asked him about fixing a couple of water issues. He came back a couple of days later and did all the work within 45 minutes. He came back once we got the range and completed the gas line work AND installed it for us. He did a great job and I'll be calling on him again for any plumbing issues.

They advertise on line that they will call you back in one hour. Nope. But I was filling it out on a Saturday so I figured I would get a call back on Monday. Nope. I called On Tuesday instead of refilling the online request form. A person who I believe was an answering service took my info ( this was 3:30 in the afternoon). A call back in a hour. Nope. I get a call back at 6:47 pm. Asking my name several times then saying nothing ( his tone was not friendly in my opinion). Not hearing anything I asked if he was there, in which he replied gruffly, ""I'm waiting on you"". Nuff said. I hung up.

I installed a new kitchen sink, had no problems with the supply lines, but was chasing one drain leak after the other. Being a holiday week with company coming, I decided to call a plumber just to get it fixed and over with. Ace came the next morning, replaced some fittings and pvc pieces, charged me 150 bucks and left. I was satisfied and decided to do a few dishes in the sink. When I drained the water, the pipes were still leaking. I called them back and the tech returned promptly. Being as he was just there I figured he would just charge me for any additional time; as he informed me that there would be a new charge since it was not the same spot leaking as he had just repaired. I asked, ""not another 150, right?"" and he told me it wouldn't be that much, just a charge for the call. He was there ten minutes, had it fixed, and handed me a bill for 125 dollars! 125 dollars to fix a leak that should have been caught on the first visit, and that took him ten minutes to fix. At 150 bucks an hour, another 40 for his fifteen minute block would have seemed fair. Will not be calling them again as I feel I was treated dishonestly by being overcharged on the second visit.
