Did a good job but expensive. Should have gotten a price range before they came out. I had taken out my kitchen sink and the new one was too big to fit the hole. They came a couple of days later and cut the counter, installed the sink and replaced 3 water cut offs. The bill was almost $800 which came as a big surprise. $125 hourly labor rate. So, for 2 trips to the supply house I guess I paid them $250. Not sure I would use them again.

Came out same day to fix our outside spigot that would not shut off. Replaced the spigot that used a washer with one with a ball bearing valve on the inside so it would be less likely to need repairs anytime soon. I appreciate being more concerned about giving the customer quality as opposed to setting the customer for a return visit.

Did a great job installing a shower where there was only a tub before. Why did we wait 10 years to do this? Quick, efficient, and nice.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Ace Plumbing. I called to request an appointment to repair a leak in my water line. I received an appointment the next day. I also received confirmation of my appointment minutes after my phone call to the company. I also received confirmation the next day when the worker was headed to my home for the repair. My experience with Chris (repair man) was professional and on point. He arrived on time as my scheduled appointment. The main reason for me to write this review is to say I am very satisfied with my repair and I feel the cost paid for my repair is honest and fare. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work that is done right at a fair price.

Someone needs to teach their repair man how to tell time because he was supposes to come after 1 but showed up at 9:30. I was not dressed and ready because he was super early. Then, he was supposed to return at 4 or 5 pm after the utilities workers unlocked the box, but came by at 3, saw it had not been done and then left for the day. The utility workers came around 4 so if he would have stuck to the time he said I could have gotten my repair done in one day. Instead I had to make another appointment for him to come back out and finish the job.
