Don't waste your time, because they will!! I had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate on having a gas line installed. Appointment was for 11am. Juan (who was supposed to be meeting me) never even showed up, nor did he even bother to call to say he was running late. He did call at 12:30 (an hour and a half later) asking are you home? I had to ask who it was, then when I asked ""wasn't the app for 11 am""?
He says, "" oh yeah, I'm sorry I lost track of time"". Not to mention I had to leave work and drive to Durham to meet him and he's a no show. Thank you for wasting my time! FYI the only reason I gave a star is because I had to in order to post.

They came out the same day we called for a water leak we had in the yard. Got it fixed quickly for a reasonable price. They also in the past did a complete replacement of our complete gas lines in the house and completely redid our water lines in the house.

We had a leak in our cement slab foundation that had galvanized pipes. Called leak detectors out of Sacramento, after consultation we were told completely re-route our plumbing. Huge job, no insurance coverage. Called lots of plumbers, too busy, job too big, BUT one plumbing contractor recommended Ace Plumbing for the job. We called Ace (Juan- Owner) came out that very next day! He assured us they could do it all, gave us a fair estimate and the next day a crew showed up to start. This job included upstairs/downstairs, kitchen, utility, 2 bathrooms, pantry, ceilings and walls! From start to finish Ace plumbing did a fantastic job! We are 100% satisfied and will spread the word! It truly was ""one call they did it all"". Cutting, re-plumbing, drywall, patching, texturing and painting. Thank you Juan, Robert and the rest of your team for a job well done!

Beware. This company is not above board telling what the entire cost of a job will be from start to finish. They quoted one cost for what I thought was the whole job to remove and install shower fixtures for my shower remodel and tile job. They came to remove and install the new plumbing but then billed an additional $150.00 after they returned a few days later to complete the job by installing the shower head and handle. When questioned about the additional charge they said it was a show up charge.

Fantastic service! Their guys are professional and fast and definitely know what they're doing. From the first phone call to the end of the service I could not be happier. In addition to installing a new kitchen faucet, new under the sink drinking water system, installing a new ceiling fan and exterior light fixture they can do it all at a very reasonable price. This will be my first call from now on.

I would not recommend ace plumbing to anyone! Stay away from them! They are shady, I have a pending lawsuit with them for fraud, they wanted me to fake a resume, so I looked like I didn't know anything about construction, and sign paper work, stating pretty much that I'm a dummy, and lie with a federal company to help their funding, so they could get 50% of my wages covered! You don't want a non-trustworthy company at your home... I quickly realized that they are manipulative, and shady, even had employees banned from homes, because of them being caught going through people's belongings and snooping around. so I RAN from that job! I want everyone to know my experience, so they don't go through what I'm going through.

Ace plumbing is a very respectable of your property and clean up any mess they make. There a charge is moderate for the work that they do and they are very friendly. You do have to keep tabs on them as far as getting back to you on estimates, Probably because they are so busy. They keep all appointments dates as well as times as they promised.
