I hired Steve Yang for plumbing work on my townhouse. He did a good job. Then I hired him again for our house a few year later and found him was dishonest. We asked him to replace a plumbing part inside the bathroom wall under the sink. Instead of doing it, he found an old plumbing part in his car and claimed that was from our house. He said he did not lie because he was a Christian. Don't trust him!

The owner of this Ace Plumbing is Steve Yang and he is no longer at the Campbell location, his new address is 41663 Sherwood Street, Fremont, CA 94538 - 408.318.2109. I felt compelled to write a review because of the great service he provided. My main sewer line was clogged and the cleanout was on the roof, I had used Steve a couple of years ago and couldn't find his business card, so called Alfred Williams Plumbing, he came out went on the roof and then said he didn't have the equipment to fix it. It was now 5pm. I called at least 10 other plumbers and most told me it was a two man job and they wouldn't go on the roof in the dark, it was a liability, etc. and not one could come out until the next day, some wanted to talk me into doing a full cleanout installation out to the street and they hadn't even come out yet. Thank goodness, I finally located Steve's business card and called him, it was 5:50 p.m. and he was just finishing a job in Menlo Park, I told him it was ok to come in the morning but he said ""No, you don't have any water, I will come by tonight."" He showed up within the hour, went up on the roof and did the clean out, all said and done, it took him about 20 minutes. He was so helpful and nice and it was such a relief to have it done since we couldn't use the toiliets or showers, and he didn't charge extra for coming late either. This is the 2nd time I've used Steve and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him.
