My kitchen sink was clogged up and I wasn't sure if anyone would come over during this crisis time. I was like why not give it a try. I found out that he want far from me and he came in five minutes and got it fix. It was also close to closing time. Thank you for coming over last minute.

Our garbage disposal was leaking water. We called our warranty service & the earliest they could come out was in 13 days! We couldn't go without a kitchen sink for that long. I researched local plumbers, found & called Ace plumbing & Paul. He came out same day about 3 hours after I called. He was professional, personable, neat & clean & got the job done in a short amount of time. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend him!!

Last week we had what we thought was a leak in our washing machine. It turned out to be a stopped up drainpipe. As I mentioned in our previous review, we called Ace Plumbing to help us out. Paul Han came out the evening we called him and cleared the drainpipe and no more water on the kitchen floor. After Paul left we found that the shower drain was also stopped up. I immediately call Paul. He came out the very next day at 9:00 am, cleared the drain and checked that the washing machine drain was not affected. I believe we were charged a very reasonable rate, but it was Paul's timely response to our needs that was most important to us. Thank you Paul. We hope we won't need to call you again, but if we have another plumbing problem we will call Ace Plumbing!

My parents had the main line break, insurance was useless, they recommend a place that quoted over 8,800. We got a recommendation for Paul, he came next day, started the day after and after 12 long hours we had a working shower again! Was very professional and friendly. Plus saved my parents a ton of money by doing it a different but just as good way. Would 100% recommend Paul to anyone

I'm reviewing primarily for the cost of service, which I think is way overpriced.
His mannerism, service overall was good and professional. He was also prompt.

I called him in since I had sink water draining back into my dishwasher, thus creating a floor leak.
At first upon arrival- he eyeballed the situation and said, ""oh you have to call the appliance company."" Since the leak is coming from the dishwasher. I said, yes that's separate issue, but what I called you in for is the fact that slow draining water from sink and perhaps an improper hose placement has caused this--so he looked and voila, ""ohhhh!!!! Yeah well look at that..the hose indeed and sink needs to be snaked.""
Why do some service contractors do this? They run their poor diagnosis just by looking, I get you have experience and feel confident but just do the proper assessment first before taking a pose and telling the customer what they need to, then eating it.
Anyway for 10-15 min work--it cost $130 for snaking the drain and elevating a hose on he bottom using a power tool secure it.

This guy Paul is fantastic! He was recommended by a long time neighbor. Called this morning (on a Saturday) and he was here by 2:30. He installed a new toilet (the tall kind because I'm older), the kind that flushes instantly and was in and out of here in 45 minutes. Very reasonable too! He will be my plumber from now on!
