I highly recommend Ace for their quality, professionalism and quick response. Our AC unit was no longer cooling during a triple digit record breaking heatwave July 4th weekend. Due to my elderly parents it was urgent we got it fixed as soon as possible.

Ace was the first to respond on this busy weekend when many others didn't. Their CS rep was very kind, patient and responsive. In less than 24 hours we were notified a spot opened up for a technician to visit.

Martin was highly knowledgeable, patient and walked us through explaining each step of the process and cost of each repair up front. Luckily his truck was well stocked with what we needed to proceed with repairs.

His thoroughness, care and experience convinced me we were in good hands with Ace. The job took an hour from start to finish and our AC was back on, working better than before. Ace is truly excellent and I can't recommend them enough!

Our AC died today when it's 109 outside. Brutal. Tomorrow is supposed to be 112. It was in the 90s inside our house. We were suffering. Our dogs were panting heavily. Ace Plumbing was so great because they a) answered the phone after 5 on a Friday b) the woman who answered was very professional and pleasant c) she had a repair person on the way to us in 25 minutes. I believe his name was Luis. He was great too. He even informed us over the phone that the service charge would be a bit lower if we waited till Monday for the repair. We happily paid a little extra for this incredible same-day repair. It was the capacitor. It's cooling down nicely now. Ace Plumbing are lifesavers!

Very short notice plumbing repair on a pipe inside my wall. Ace stepped up and sent a tech who completed the repair in short order. Knew the appropriate repair for flex pipe. Two other local Elk Grove plumbers indicated the earliest they could dispatch was tomorrow. Needless to say, I now have my GO-TO plumbing service. Thank you Ace!

Excellent service. We called and a very nice gentleman came out within a few hours. He had my A/C working again in less than 2 hours. He said I had one of best makes, Trane. I've never had an issue since I bought it in 2020. Thank you for the awesome service especially during this hot season.

BTW: it was 106 outside when he came out and 94 degrees inside.

workers were professional and did a great job, but be sure to request cost ahead of time. the fee for the work done was outrageous.

Good service but be sure to ask pricing before authorizing work. So the guy that came was great and helpful.

That said he didn't have a standard thermocouple on the truck so I had to go buy one.

Shame on me for assuming they would charge 1hour (or less) for a 20 minute job.

After the service the guy tried to charge me more than $400 for the job.
I've replaced thermocouples before and it's about a 15 minute job.

Only after I told him I wouldn't pay for a service visit plus the work, he cut the price down significantly. That said it was still too much in my view for such a simple fix.

We had a clogged garbage disposal. The technician came out very quickly and effected the repairs without any problems or complications. The price was affordable! Will definitely use them again in the future!!!

Ryan was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. He respected our home and kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. He also gave us an estimate on the cost of the repairs before he started the work. Ryan is truly an asset to Ace plumbing. Also, I love the same day service ACE offers. I was trying to replace a Moen cartridge and couldn't get the old one out. I phoned at 7:30 am and Ryan came at 12 noon the same day! Excellent service ACE!! Thank you!

Aaron was fantastic. He came over promptly, conducted a very thorough review to determine what the problem was (tooo complicated for us), then he explained what he need to do, and worked very hard to complete the task. He was cordial and friendly. He offered to come by another time to put an air filers for the vac which is not part of his job. Bottom line, excellent quality and service, the cost was reasonable. We will rely on him for summer heat coming soon. I have probably written 2-3 yelp reviews in my life but felt strongly in doing this. Tom and Sara
