One star all day. Was referred to this guy by ORHP and we had two work orders open. Last night I called him and spoke to him and let him know there are two separate work orders open for two different plumbing issues. He comes out today while my elderly mom is there and only fixes one item and said he didn't have a second work order. She calls me and tells me so I try and call him all day today. He finally answers at 5:20pm. He tells me I have to call ORHP and tell them about it. Then I told him since he didn't fix the 2nd item that I would have to pay a 2nd trade fee of $85. Then I proceeded to tell him how the trade fee works. Example
If I have 4 plumbing items needing work then I only pay 1 trade fee. He told me he knew that. That was obvious as he told me if he comes back out and he doesn't collect the 2nd $85 he'd be working for free. This is the reason I called him yesterday and told him that there were two work orders. He didn't do the due diligence and tried to blame others. If home warranty refers you to this guy call them immediately and request a different plumber. He also hung up on me during the conversation.

He called to set up the appt. We agreed the appt date and window of time for him to show up. At the time of appt he called, I was in another call, and could not take the call. He canceled the appt. When I called him back right away and he told me he already left the area...

Told me one thing. Canceled my claim through my home warranty. Then asked for $ when he said I wouldn't have to pay since it was under warranty. He said it's too much work and he is scared of dogs. Total A@$

Did an excellent job fixing my shower, I called one other company before Ace and they wanted over $2000 to fix it!?! Ace had it fixed in less than thirty minutes at a very reasonable price. Super honest will use again!

Sorry to see that the above guy had trouble. On the contrary, these guys worked out great for us.

Don at ACE Plumbing is a real trooper -- I'd recommend him to anyone. He went the distance for us, working through challenges with Delta who had a warrantee on our faucet and were missing parts when they sent us replacements, challenges with the home warrantee company that initially dragged their feet regarding full coverage, and he pointed out and handled issues that we didn't know we had, saving us trouble and heartache down the road.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Did a poor job fixing a plumbing problem that cause damage again. Came back to fix after I complained to them and my home warranty. They fixed the issue of the water leak but refused to fix the damaged causwd to my ceiling. Worst company I have dealy with. Quality of their work is very poor.

Amazing customer service! I was a little nervous about calling a plumbing company and getting taken advantage of on the price. After the serviceman arrived he went over everything with me in advance and put my mind at ease. Not only that he guaranteed the work and finished in a timely manner. Should the need arise I will definitely call them again. I highly recommend using them.

One of the worst Plumbing Companies Ever!!! Typical plumbing who has a contract with AHS and provides crapy service, they only get paid minimum amount from the warranty companies base upon the work required and will lie to get you to pay out pocket expense for un-necessary work not needed. Also, I confirm with the License Board there License is Under Suspension as of 2/14/2013 license #581600.
