First time using Ace Plumbing. Called on Wednesday evening around 5pm. They scheduled me for 9am on Thursday morning. Paul was here just before 9am and we discussed what I needed done. Paul got right to work and completed the work professionally. In this town it's hard to find a company like them. Thank you Paul! GREAT Work. They will be my ""go to"" for all my plumbing needs.

We had a leak just after the water meter on the PVC right after the valve. When I called Paul he quoted me a price to come out on Sunday which I thought was very fair. Paul showed up right on time. I discovered on Sunday afternoon that our water heater was leaking. After checking reviews, I contacted Ace plumbing and quickly got a return email from Ashley with a quote and they said that they could be right out and install a new water heater that night. Paul arrived about 7PM and quickly went to work and was done in record time. It was a great relief for us. It was a pleasure to do business with Ace Plumbing. They were both friendly and efficient and we would highly recommend them.

It was an ugly job. They stuck with it. They followed through. They did what they said they would do for the quoted price. They even went above and beyond doing the cleanup
I won't ever hesitate to call them again. I hope I won't need to for awhile but it is reassuring to know that they are in business

Our mom lives in Bullhead City and had a bad shower valve along with a leak behind the wall. We called several plumbing companies and received only answering machines and never got a return call. ACE Plumbing answered right away, Ashley was very helpful and super friendly. She was able to setup an appointment for us right away to get a quote. Paul came out the next day to check things out and gave us our quote, he was so nice! We decided to go with ACE plumbing, Paul came out the very next day to do the work. He showed up right on time, and went to work. He did an amazing job on the shower and it even turned out to be less than the quote.

We will recommend ACE Plumbing to anyone we know in Bullhead City. They are a really honest company and treat thier customers awesome!

They met their appointment and as a matter of fact were early (meeting appointment commitments in AZ is not common). They came the day after I requested their service! They replaced all my RO filters and checked the pressure on the reservoir. The gentleman kindly answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. This type of service merits a return customer by me. Well done Ace!

I called then Monday afternoon with a leaking water heater. I was told they would have someone here in 45 minutes, and they were right on time! They even called the manufacturer of our old water heater to see if it was covered under warranty. They were very thorough and reasonably priced.
