Ace Plumbing and Drain

I discovered a cracked commode tank on Thursday morning. I immediately started searching for a plumber and had used Ace Plumbing prior so I called them. We set up an appointment for Friday morning and I was to go and buy my own commode and seat. The plumber did not show up on Friday claiming that he was sick. He said that he would try to be there in the afternoon. He did not show up. So we made arrangements for him to appear, by text from him, giving me a promise that he would be at my house Saturday morning by 10 am. He did not show u. He did not call. He did not text. Hus name is William I tried to contact the office no luck, I tried to reach him by text no answer or text back so now I am forced to call a plumbing company and pay an additional $150 in order to have my commode tank fixed. The reason why this was imperative is because I'm having surgery and I need to be able to use a commode that was downstairs not traveling upstairs where the extra bathroom is. I do not understand how a company could have such bad customer service. I don't understand how they can treat senior citizens this way. I don't understand how one can sleep at night knowing that they have completely misled their customers and have virtually lied to them about showing up. Do not use this company they are fraudulent and if you can't even trust a company to show up on the day and time that they said you would would you really want to trust their work? THINK ABOUT IT! Now o have to pay the $150 for a call out on a Saturday by another plumber. I will handle recouping my money in a civil court

Wow, this was the best plumbing experience! William was very polite and quickly scheduled an appointment for me. I needed a toilet replaced at my business. He called me the morning of the appointment to let me know Cody was at my place of business, he was even early and fortunately I only live about 6 minutes away. I was very impressed with Cody. He was prompt, courteous and was in and out in just under an hour. He cleaned up behind himself nicely too. The last plumber took 2 hours and now I think he strung out his time to make more money. Ace's service was very reasonable including them purchasing the new toilet and installing it. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing and Drain for your plumbing needs! Ask for Cody.
