Found them through the first plumbing company that conducted a backflow valve test on our warehouse, due to a leak that bloomed into an algae blossom furthered by more leak that wasn't detected after the test. Lisa from dispatch was very courteous and prompt in setting a date for a visit and inspection with estimate. Jake came by promptly in the morning, and proceeded to explain the issue on hand. Initial estimate was $300 which I figured was industry standard for breaking down an expensive plumbing device and fixing the leaks. Minutes later, he brought me over and told me he cleaned the area and retightened the nuts and bolts to stop the leak, and charged me only $161.50. I thought it was very honest of him to do so since I'm no plumber and I have no plumbing expertise, he could've just done the work and charged me $300 for it but he didn't. At every moment, he was professional, courteous, friendly and very well mannered. I will use this company again for our home, despite some negative reviews on yelp based on this interaction alone. Plus points for going paperless and being super efficient in billing.

David came out to the house to install a new disposal. He ended up snaking the line, installing new pipes, and essentially rebuilding the main bath toilet. His work is perfection, and he is a nice guy, to boot. I will definitely trust him with all of our future repairs.

Do NOT use this company. We had a faucet drip in our bathtub. Before even looking at the faucet, he spent 20 minutes writing up three estimates. The first estimate was $1,450 plus $564 for a pressure regulator. The lowest estimate was $290. We opted for the lowest. He put on quite a show of not being able to pull out the faucet handle. He said we would have to go with the $1,450 plus he would have to cut a hole in our family wall to fix the faucet, and they do not take care of repairing the wall. I told him to do nothing, and he charged $161.50 for nothing.

I then called A. Prasad's Plumbing. He fixed the leak quickly and efficiently and charged only $175. With A. Prasad's Plumbing, I have finally found a plumber that I can trust and depend on.

I will NEVER, NEVER use Ace Pelizon Plumbing.

I was really disappointed with this plumbing company. First of all, they came to my apartment to check on a leak on a weekend, they were not sure where it was coming from. I let them in and they did their thing, but did not say that they needed to cut into our apartment. On Sunday night at about 11PM I got a call saying the plumber was outside and really needed to check this leak because it was getting worse. UM HELLO, I am sleeping. Then he said he wanted to come back in the morning, but everyone in the apartment worked the next day and could not be home. So then he asks if I can bring a key to him so that he can come in while we are not home. I felt that all of this was very unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable.

They ended up coming back to fix the leak at a time when we would be home and left 3 holes in the wall and no mirror or light in the bathroom. They said they would put in a work order for someone to come fix it. Well, this information did not get relayed. After about 5 days I called the plumbing company back to see what the hold up was. They said we needed to talk to the people who were supposed to come in and fix the walls. I contacted that company and they said that they were waiting to hear back from Ace Pelizon that the job was done. Communication was awful and I got the run around. We are now two weeks from when they came in to fix the leak and our bathroom is STILL not put back together. A different company, other than the one who they had previously told me was coming in to fix the walls, is coming in to fix it later this week. Totally unprofessional, unorganized, lagged company.

We had a major pipe problem! My husband called Ace Pelizon Plumbing. Kevin & Steve arrived ready to tackle the issue. They were friendly, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, quoted us a reasonable price and fixed our problem! The team worked quickly, showed us the work as they progressed and when finished, cleaned up the area! I would definitely recommend Ace Pelizon Plumbing. Kevin & Steve did a fantastic job!

David is one of the last honest and nice guys out there whose years of experience will get the job done right the 1st time for a very fair rate. He will not recommend services you don't need. He knows his trade and does a great job. He is very friendly, clean and trustworthy. I highly recommend him!

BEWARE.
We called Ace Pelizion Plumbing to look at a blockage at our business in the City of Industry on 3/8/2017. On 4/20/2017 we had a complete backup on the toilet system and again they came our and cleaned out the lines. They also told us there was rust build up in the lines and the could hydro jet the cast iron pipes. I called the owner and asked why didn't the 1st technician mention this option to us. Instead we have had to pay for 2 service calls and it's still not correct. I asked the owner to compensate us for one of the service calls and we would go ahead with the hydro jet option. To date I have not heard from the owner that prided himself of the customer service they offer. I definitely will not be using Ace Pelizon for any plumbing needs.

Joe Carver came out, estimated the cost of repairs, temporarily fixed the problem, and came back the next day to complete everything.

This is the 2nd time that Ace Pelizon has helped us during a water/plumbing emergency.

If you don't use Ace Pelizon when you have an emergency, you're making a big mistake.

We had a leak in a water pipe in one bathroom that went undetected as we were on vacation. It ended up affecting second bathroom and master bedroom. Business was conducted from 200 miles away and by phone. They handled the lead appropriately and set us up with water damage folks as well. Ain't cheap but good work never is.
