Unreasonable pricing. They handled an after hours leak at my condo, but their pricing was for the most part unreasonable:

$109.65 to replace the leaking feed line was OK.

$150 after hours emergency fee was expected from a quick ""any plumber"" internet search.

$210.50 ""initial assessment and diagnostic fee?"" I guess that's what it costs for them to open a water heater closet door and see water leaking from a feed line.

Had an emergency call today (Sunday)with a leak above my kitchen... answering service picked up the call and John from Ace Pelizon promised he would have a plumber out to me within a couple hours... Joshua showed up and did a great job in a tough spot in brutal heat to fix my leak and get the house back to using water again.... and he gave me a contact to help assist with the water damage repair... big thanks and high recommendations for this company and their follow through on a weekend emergency call...

I can't say enough good things about this company. The price was great, the work was done in a clean and timely manner, and the crew was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Never did I feel pressured in anyway. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up after themselves and made sure that everything was left clean. DO NOT USE!!! Came for estimate to install water heater. Outrageous amount of $2400-$2800 depending on warranty.... gladly paid the $89 service call to move on to a plumber who quoted over phone $1100-$1500..... ""No, Mr Plumber, not all plumbers will be $2400!""

My landlord hired this company to fix a plumbing problem we had and they did an awesome job in a timely manner. They were always prompt and very communicative and made sure to fully explain everything wrong as well as the repairs that were going to be done. I am very happy with the overall experience and appreciate the hard work of Kevin and Steven. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone experiencing any plumbing problem.

Found them through the first plumbing company that conducted a backflow valve test on our warehouse, due to a leak that bloomed into an algae blossom furthered by more leak that wasn't detected after the test. Lisa from dispatch was very courteous and prompt in setting a date for a visit and inspection with estimate. Jake came by promptly in the morning, and proceeded to explain the issue on hand. Initial estimate was $300 which I figured was industry standard for breaking down an expensive plumbing device and fixing the leaks. Minutes later, he brought me over and told me he cleaned the area and retightened the nuts and bolts to stop the leak, and charged me only $161.50. I thought it was very honest of him to do so since I'm no plumber and I have no plumbing expertise, he could've just done the work and charged me $300 for it but he didn't. At every moment, he was professional, courteous, friendly and very well mannered. I will use this company again for our home, despite some negative reviews on yelp based on this interaction alone. Plus points for going paperless and being super efficient in billing.

David came out to the house to install a new disposal. He ended up snaking the line, installing new pipes, and essentially rebuilding the main bath toilet. His work is perfection, and he is a nice guy, to boot. I will definitely trust him with all of our future repairs.
