Ace Pelizon sent their team to help us fix a leak under our water heater in a very timely manner. We were always made to feel that we were a priority to this company. The only people we dealt with were our technicians Joe and Daniel. They were both extremely polite, nice, competent, and professional. The leak was fixed promptly. Our water heater pedestal was not very secure which they pointed out and also fixed. Thanks so much for all your help and we would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber based on our experience with Joe and Daniel.

The plumbers came out to replace a kitchen faucet. The initial inspection revealed my garbage disposal was leaking and they replaced it as well. When they finished the job they did not turn the water back on to the dishwasher. When the dishwasher malfunctioned I called an appliance repair man to fix it. He diagnosed the problem and I was back in business.

I called the shop to tell them what happened. The young lady who answered the phone was polite and told me she would let the plumbers know what happened. There was no yelling or complaining. Mistakes happen under the best circumstances and I just thought they should know.

Today in the mail I received two gift cards for my trouble. This is customer service at its best. I would recommend Ace Pelizone for your plumbing needs and I will definately use them again.

I was getting quotes to remove and replace my water heater. Ace was one of the few places that offered a free local in home estimate. We were not able to be home and had to reschedule. They offered to have the tech call and do an estimate over the phone. Very professional and accommodating. I thought I had found my Plummer. Unfortunately they were hundreds of dollars more than other licensed and bonded plumbing companies in my area. I could have justified paying a little more for the excellent customer service but their quote was bordering on ridiculous. If you want top notch service and don't care about over paying Ace Pelizon is for you.

There was a slab leak in the kitchen and water heater was going out.

Revising review...now that a week had pasted, we finally removed the plastic tarp covering the slab fixed area so the tile guy would replace the tile. The replacement cement work was poor. All the did was mic a bag of pebble and cement mix, poor into the hole. Little effort on evening it out. The tile guy now has to add another layer of mix before he can work on the tile.

After researching on price, they are fairly pricey. Over 1800 to replace a 40 gallon water heater and a shutoff valve that's connects to it. A brand that sold wholesale for under 600.
