Recommended Customer Reviews

The task was to check our very slow water flow on our reverse osmosis system. The worker checked it and tried VERY hard to sell me a new tank for over $300. I checked online and a tank that size cost around $50 which I told him, and assured him I wouldn't buy one from Ace.
Before he left he said he'd check the pressure in the tank (knowing I wasn't buying a new one). He then pressurized it and it's worked perfectly for the 8 months since. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST STEP...NOT A LAST RESORT WHEN I REFUSED TO BUY ONE FROM ACE. I don't trust them to put the customer before making a profit.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ace Plumbing. After a power outage in Sedona, my three-year-old water softener, which had been regularly serviced, displayed an error message. My property manager called Ace Plumbing as an emergency service for assistance. ACE technician claimed that the parts were heavily corroded with calcification and insisted that either a near $3000 replacement part was needed or that I should buy a brand new water softener for $6000.
Feeling uncertain about this diagnosis, I called Mr. Rooter, who had originally installed the system. Their technician performed a thorough diagnosis and found no signs of corrosion or the need for replacement parts. They contacted the manufacturer and confirmed that the error message was simply due to the power outage and it's working perfectly.
Ace Plumbing attempted to rip me off by fabricating issues and trying to charge exorbitant fees for unnecessary repairs. I would strongly advise against using their services. Their conduct was dishonest, and they tried to take advantage of the situation. Avoid this company at all costs!

Worst plumbing. Never show up at scheduled time. Never call to reschedule. They charged me $2,934.00 and still never. I don't understand, I paid $300.00 an hour for the work. My contractor
even said the work that was done was not worth it. Ruben is a rip off. He might at get a % of what he charges
completed the work. New appt. was for today between 9-11. And again no text to say they will not make it. Now I have to wait until Monday between 11-3. Find another business. Don't waste your $$$ on them.
Pissed off customer.

Plumbing Technician Ryan Koen came to my house tm fix a plumbing issue. His manner and expertise were outstanding.
5 stars for him and Ace Home Services.

I tried to contact ACE Home Services multiple times as I did not want to post a negative review online. I requested via email and phone for a Manager to call me back. I think it is highly irregular that every time I have services completed by Ace Home Services in Sedona, AZ that the invoice always comes out to exactly (or very close to) $450.00 no matter what work is completed and no matter how long it takes and no matter how many times the Tech is interrupted by other Techs needing help when completing the work
Invoice 229290490 4.21.23 $450.00 Customer supplied lav pop up assembly and tub drain assembly.
Invoice 232985811 5.1.23 $450.00 Install new thermostatic cartridge and trim in master.
Estimate for Two Jobs - Still $450 each (Cannot find Invoice) 232556514 4.21.23 Install Kitchen Faucet and Install R/O Water System.
Invoice 196285909 12.12.22 $452.50 Provide and install new 3/4"" PRV in an exposed location.
The Services have been scheduled quickly, completed pretty well with some need for follow up due to leaks and other issues, but I think there is something wrong with their estimate / invoice system or the way the techs are using the system to quote and bill for services. From now on I will have to get two quotes whenever possible.
