The plumber, as soon as he arrived tried to tell us our copper water line to the dishwasher needed replacing, when he was hired to change a faucet. There was NOTHING wrong with the line, no leaks etc. My husband and I asked why and he had no answer!!! He just wanted another 250.00 charge. We told him that the copper line was fine and he seemed upset that he hadn't talked us into more plumbing. $$$$$
Called company to explain concerns and never got call back.

This afternoon I found a wet area on the carpet and soggy drywall along the bedroom wall that is directly behind our shower! I had renters arriving in 2 hours and was in a total panic. I called AZ Best Plumbing and the lady that answered heard the panic in my voice and immediately stated she would get someone over right away. Within 15 minutes, James K. arrived to save the day! He was calm, knowledgeable, and fast. My issue was resolved within the hour. I am very grateful for the amazing service as always! I have used AZ Best for years! Thanks for all you do. Highly recommend!

Needed a tub faucet replaced and Best plumber got the work done fast. He was very professional and answer my questions regarding other plumbing issues but I was blow away by the charge.....even with senior discount I felt way over charged.

Extremely expensive. Almost twice the amount than any other plumbers in Verde. If you have the cash it's worth the money. But always get a second quote when using these guys.

Customer service was 5 star, best I have encountered in a long time and I deal with service people on a regular basis. For the downside, price was outrageous!!! I live in Los Angeles and am used to paying higher prices but nothing what AZ Best, I was charged for a 20 minute quick shower drain de-clog, $291.00. Seriously beyond outrageous, especially when I pay a plumber $60 cash to snake a drain in L.A. For this reason I will not call them again.

All my regular plumbers were booked so I decided to call some plumbing companies I haven't worked with and this was one of them. I was told by the gal who answered the call they had an opening on Wednesday, April 7, between 12 - 2 pm. I told her to hold it for me and I would call her right back. I called her back and she said she no longer had the appointment open. I reminded her that I had asked her to hold it open for me and she said ""sorry but we had an emergency come up"" so now I will continue down the list looking for another one but that didn't impress me much and felt compelled to share my experience

I'll definitely use them again. They had to cancel because of the snowstorm (who can blame them), but came two days later, which was fine with me. Reuben did a great job of fixing my hose bib. Very professional and cleaned everything up before he left. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I felt the price was a bit high. The price of living in Sedona, I guess.

Without going into a lot of detail, I used them for after hours emergency plumbing services and then a follow visit for some recs on how to avoid similar issues in the future. From start to finish my experience was simply outstanding. My experience with AZ Best Plumbing is why I am glad Yelp exists. We needed a leak addressed under our bathroom sink, and needed a washer/dryer hookup that required some new parts. Tevin explained the work he was going to perform and provided an upfront price. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Tevin was a polite and professional young man and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would use AZ Best in the future for any plumbing needs.
