I pay for their membership, which includes annual inspections of my AC unit as well as a plumbing inspection. I scheduled my plumbing inspection and had a guy come out. He said he needed a different part and needed another guy to come out for my tankless water heater. That second guy came out hours later, and he had no idea why he was there. He did nothing but turn down my water pressure (without talking to me about it first), and try to sell me a tankless flush for a ""discounted"" rate of $350 and an extension tank, which no other house in my neighborhood has. Once he left I got an invoice for over $400, for this INCLUDED service. The invoice included signatures from ""me"" agreeing to everything, which I never signed or was shown. I immediately reached out and requested to have someone contact me to discuss this, and make sure it was a mistake. It's been a week and I still haven't heard back, but they were so quick to request a review. If this is the way the service is, and the way the company conducts itself, I'd say the membership I'm paying for is pretty useless.

ACE Home Services came out for an HVAC maintenance and inspection on my unit. I recently purchased the home and wanted to ensure all was working well with the unit. The technician, Thomas, tested and inspected the unit and later showed me the pictures he took of all the parts and inner workings of the unit and the manufacturers recommended diagnostic performance. My unit (Trane) is 7 years old and was relieved to hear that its performance is doing just great. As part of the maintenance he cleaned what was needed and had just a couple recommendations which were to do a much more thorough cleaning that entailed taking a portion of the unit apart, but that the unit was not as dirty as some he's seen but to address another issue which needed more attention and that was to add a Load Phase Shifter Kit to support the Compressor upon each start. Due to the unit using more AMP's upon each start up, my unit was almost at the top end of the manufactures recommended AMP use. He added the Load Phase Shifter Kit to support the compressor then re-tested and showed me the significant drop in AMP use at each start up when done. I was very happy with the amount of photos were taken to explain the detail of my unit and it's functionality. I would highly recommend ACE Home Services and plan to continue using them in the future. Thank you Thomas for a thorough maintenance.

The tech was great but the company is a rip off.., I just had capacitors replaced a year ago which was under warrantee, but missed labor included by 10 days... no calls to let me know and tried to charge me $362 in labor to swap 2 parts out that was a 10 minute job. I picked up both parts for $ 30 delivered from Amazon and will swap them out on my own..If not under warrantee they wanted $465 for parts. This is price gauging and not how you take care of long term customers...obne more comment on how this company operates. I bought 2 units with 10 year warrantee with them yet 5 years into deal the coils which had electrolysis issue and poor design Ace did not honor warrantee and changed me $ 2500 ..Buyer beware...

I had Awston and his team come out to replace 2 AC units. they did a great job. they were on time, left the house clean and the ac units are working perfect. definitely recommend these guys.

We had Ace Home Services come out and assist with a unit that wasn't turning on as well as do a diagnostic on our other two systems. We had some concerns and made them know and the owner of the company called me to personally clear up the issue.

These guys value their reputation and want to do everything they can to create happy customers.

My thermostat was blank as if getting no power. ?This is the only place that was able to offer same day service. Technician replaced a contact relay at m?y air conditioner. $539 he was here couple hours, he was very polite.
