These guys were great. We were in a total bind with a weekend waterline break under our sink. They responded right away... The fix turned out to be simple- but something I obviously couldn't do and water everywhere! The tech was professional and the price extremely fair, especially since it was an emergency visit. Would definitely use them again!

These guys will call and harass you until you let them come in. They promise you things they don't deliver. They serviced my AC that was working and the next time I turn it on it is no longer working. They want to charge a service call when they messed it up in the first place. Then good luck getting them to show up for appointments. They missed their appointment 3 times without even notifying . Just an overall joke.

I currently live in Utah and my wife and I have a home in Arizona that is currently being rented out. Recently our tenants advised us of some ongoing issues with the AC unit on the home. After doing some research and talking to a couple of different companies we finally decided to do our business with ACE. I was very satisfied with their service they provided me and the residents of our home. They were very professional, and also very understanding in the situation where we could not be present for the repairs as the owners of the home. They also did me the extended courtesy of keeping me and our current tenants in the loop with what was going on and what needed to be done. All in all I am very pleased with the customer service and professionalism from all the staff that I encountered in handling my business with ACE!

We had a electrical issue with our HVAC unit. They offered their suggestions for a fix. The service call did not cost us anything for them to come out. I will be call them back to tune up our unit. Great attention to detail.

I am giving them a 4 for promptness and courtesy, but I would give them a 2 for pricing. Thankfully I had a discounted coupon to reduce the cost, as it cost me $160 for 20 mins worth of work. The service man BRETT came in and cleared my clogged drain and said the price was industry standard. Not sure if I would use them again.

We recently sold our home in Surprise, AZ and needed work completed on our Carrier system as a result of the pre-sale home inspection. Our tech was so amazing he conducted himself in a professional manner and was very efficient in addressing the home inspectors concerns. He did a superb job, and we were highly satisfied with his performance. It was a pleasure doing business with such a courteous, qualified professional, and he was an excellent representative for Ace Home Services. I will be using them again and referring everyone I know!!

I was hoping they changed. The joke is on me. If you want a company that refuses to stand by their work, sells you used AC claiming its new, then charges you an arm and a leg to fix it, well Ace Air is your place. Our ""new"" Trane AC broke down yet again, 4 years old and this is service call #12.... Funny thing now is, we are trying to sell the damn house and no one has been in the house for a month, AC hasn't been used in three or so and the inspector found a leak in the AC... The cherry on the cake, Ace has fixed 2 leaks in this unit already. This company sucks. They lie and blame Trane about a wiring issue before. I had to find a Trane rep showed him the pictures he laughed said their units aren't like that. Ace Air sucks, charged us 500 to fix a leak which shouldn't be. If I could go back in time I would of used someone else for our AC needs. We warned the people selling our home of the trouble Ace gives. Hope they fold before scamming another person....

ACE Home Services is the replacement contractor for JAMAR AC whom installed our A?C and Evaporative unit. Their service and attention to detail, and being on time as scheduled was our #1 performance metric. in which we will refer our friends and business associates they use. Thanks especially to r\tech T. Herring.

We will use them again and appreciate the integrity and conscientiousness put into the service of our older, but slightly used master cool evaporative cooler saving us over $2,800 for a new one.

Their service was suppose to come out to inspect my rental homes AC and plumbing. Was told they could make both appts with in range of 2-5pm. They changed the apps on us for 10-1 and 2-5. First appt was done waiting on the 2nd. AC guy finally came and wouldn't do anything until the landlords were present. Told him they were on their way. The tech was rude as soon as he found out he would have to wait a few minutes. I saw him pulling away after about 10minutes. Never came back to the door to see how long. It is Friday late in the day and he was done. This tech showed very poor customer service as soon as he came to the door. I called immediately to the dispatch office and talked to them. Got no where with them. I told her the guy probably wasn't that far away they could send him back. They showed the same lack of customer service the tech did. The tech said he waited 20 minutes, which was a lie. Instead of making it right because they messed up by not calling my landlords when they were on their way they said we could reschedule. Why is it that I have to waste my time waiting on them all day long but they cannot wait more then 10 minutes before they leave without a word. This is such poor customer service from making the appt down to the tech. Ther are so many other companies in Phoenix that want the business I'd never waste my time or money on this company.
